Great selection of hunting and reloading. Always willing to help and always with a smile on their faces. -called looking for a specific trapping tool, the salesman ran up, looked it up on the computer and found it on the shelf, told me what it was what it cost and asked if I wanted him to hold it. When I arrived he literally had it in his hands waiting!! Still happy with the service, it's a hard thing to find these days. Thank you

This family owned old-school hardware store is a refreshing change from big box stores. They have what you need, not just "what sells". And the top floor is all hunting/fishing.

For most things this is my go to hardware store , you can't expect your small town hardware store to always have everything you need but they do pretty good and the staff is helpful and courteous

Nice little hardware store that also carries other certain household items, as well as sporting items like fishing equipment. They even sell cold drinks and popcorn. The only real drawback to shopping here is that they are a little pricey compared to a big-box retailer like Wal-Mart, but everything is generally a little higher quality. That, and it's a nice little local business to support and one of the few places outside of Lowville to find much at.

Love this place. Well stocked hardware store with hunting, fishing and camping equipment as well. They also rent tool too. Friendly staff. Great business to have in our community.

I'm not too far away trying to bring an old house back to life and it's been a lot of work. I make regular trips to the local hardware stores. You couldn't ask for a better place; friendly, helpful, NOT hounding staff, great selection, and the prices I see are right around what you would pay at a big box store. The Bucks card rewards actually pay off nicely. The only downside is they don't carry lumber, but I've found I can plan around that. It seems a little strange to find all of this in Croghan, but hey we'll take it.
