I started off down the road at another auto parts store. I waited for about 20 minutes before any acknowledged I was there. I needed a new battery. A guy took all of my info and then told me he wouldn’t install it and told me to go to a mechanic. I’m already paying $240 for a new battery. You would think the least they could do is install it. So, I drove down the street to Advance Auto Parts. Within seconds I was helped at the front desk, bought the battery and had it installed. This will be my go to parts store from now on. Great customer service.

The Staff are very nice and professional. But certain Products and brands they sell are Trash. I bought a battery from that store. 2nd to the Best which I believe is the Platinum battery. The initial battery went bad after only a year. They replaced it no problem because it was covered by the warranty. Just about 10 days over a year later.. the replacement battery goes bad as well. So neither of the die hard batteries lasted more than a year. Garbage product. But the staff was nice about telling me I have to now pay over $200 dollars for the same battery that didn't even last a year both times. No thanks. I'll purchase this product from O'Reilly's. Maybe I'll have a better result with their brand of Car batteries.

I went there because I thought that my car needed a new battery. They connected the meter and said that the alternator was working fine and that the battery was fully charged and didn't need to be replaced. I appreciated their honesty, when they could have easily sold me a new $200 battery.

Brake parts were wrong for the truck. First it was the manufacturer's fault. Second time they gave us the wrong part. They were off by 1 number but they did deliver the correct part right away. They also gave us a promo code on our next order so all is good. Would shop there again. Update: Removed stars, they gave me the wrong part 2 more times. I also ordered a part online for pickup. Got a discount. Store called, said out of stock. Went there, they cancelled the online order and discount. They then had one in stock because I ordered the last one online. At that time a supervisor basically yelled at me. And there are more problems. They can't figure out even basic orders. That place is the worst. I'll never shop there again.

One of the go-to parts spots. I have recently purchased everything from very basic small stuff like windshield wipers all the way up through engines and transmissions with no issue. Love dealing with Kenny he is a very friendly and outgoing guy who takes care of you every time. Love all of the staff here when it comes down to it never had an issue with any of them.

Alex assisted me with replacing my car battery. From the moment I walked into the store he was very helpful and willing to assist me. Alex is definitely an asset to this company because he went above and beyond and had excellent customer service. I usually never write reviews but I really wanted to acknowledge Alex and show my appreciation. Advance Auto will always have my business!!

Alex was great! Went to multiple different places to get different answers about a battery we need for a jeep compass, and he knew exactly what I was talking about, found the right one, and it works perfectly! The other places didn't even know this kind of battery existed or why it exists, so it was very relieving that I didn't have to spend 300 at a dealer! Would recommend stopping here for battery troubles!

Oh man just great people. There to help you. Infact i left my wallet at home and didn't have enough to cover the cost. like $3.87 and he took out his wallet and pulled out 4 bucks and tells me to have blessed day. Only in the great USA Man... You guys keep up the great work you do there.
