Service at the Dover store here sucks, very unorganized & lack logic. Walk into the store 5 customers ahead of us & no one to sign people in. Two service people on the floor both white & when the man became available he went directly to the white man who was not next & started helping him. After 20 minutes a young Black guy comes out obviously can’t hear to sign people in & doesn’t know what order to go in, a customer had to direct him. Another man whom I assume is the manager sat in the back room the entire time. While sitting here another Black guy comes in & goes to the back room never to be seen again. The lady who was helping a large family finished helping them, then she disappeared. So far I count 5 employees working but not working to clear the store. This is the worse service I’ve ever seen. All I wanted to do was exchange a product. As I sat here to type this, it’s been an hour. Well off to Christiana to take care of business.

Store employees are very helpful, at&t is the worst at trying to do anything over the phone. First the people have no knowledge of what they are doing and 90% don't even speak English. Completely disgusting

If anyone needs to have a patient, knowledgeable, courteous employee at the Dover AT&T please ask for Wes!! He did such an outstanding job for us. We were changing from Verizon to AT&T and he was absolutely wonderful! Going from analog to an IPhone is confusing, especially for seniors and he was so helpful and respectful!!

Came here and waited over an hour, just for them to acknowledge our presence after waiting 30 minutes after checking in. Meanwhile, there were employees arriving helping other customers who arrived after. Unprofessional and no immediate acknowledgment of guests. Overheard one of the workers rudely addressing a deaf/hard of hearing man . The employee recommended us to use other 3rd party services such as geek squad or Apple directly.. waited here for him to recommend other services.

I recently purchased a new apple watch and i was eligible to receive a buy one get one free. Once arriving home only one of the watches was working and i was unable to figure out the issue with the second watch. The next day i went to the Dover AT&T to be greeted and then seated immediately after. It was undefined how long the wait was going to be but there were people that was waiting over an hour before i got there. There was 2 reps working on and off with customers and a manager (cameron) that refused to leave from behind the sales counter. After an hour of waiting i chose to speak with cameron (manager) asking how possible would it be to help serve the customers waiting in the lobby. He mentioned that he was unable to help and said to be patient. Two hours pass and i was finally served by Wesley P. His customer service is sub par but was unable to fix the issue with the watch. After some more waiting, Wesley was unable to fix the issue and called Cameron to help us. In summary i am dissatisfied with the lack of effort the manager had to serve the half dozen customers waiting for hours. Issues are only handled when a representative asks for assistance rather than a customer. On a positive note. The day I purchased the watches i was served by Jared O. I appreciated his service and ability to get me in and out without hinderance.

I went in to upgrade my phone, no one said anything as I sat and waited for assistance. Another lady came in after me and someone greeted her and put her name on the list as the next person to be seen, I go up to the counter after seeing this , where there’s no one and I stand there. After a few minutes the lady that greeted the other lady comes over and takes my name and then she says,” I’m going to have you bumped up because I know you were here first. When I finally got waited on, I explain that I’m just there for the upgrade and nothing else . He shows me what they supposedly had on the floor but two different times he told me that they didn’t have the phone that he already told me they had, then they didn’t have the color that he said they had. I finally tell him I don’t care about the color and he still keeps asking, I’m the mean time he’s still trying to sell me apple watches, cases and other products even after I told him more than once I just wanted the phone and that the phone was under a family plan that didn’t belong to me. Then he proceeded to keep asking me the same questions over and over again. I was there for over two hours, the store was not crowded and every time he went in the back he was gone for a good while.

Store Rep was rude. My parents bought my sister & I new iPhones. My parents wanted to upgrade their 2 phones. The rep said he would only upgrade if they bought accessories. When they said they didn’t want them now. He said to go shop online then. He refused to do it for them.
