Great service, Nice Costumer service

Service is Horrible Just was hungup on my an associate after adding a line and paying $197 for the service and was not told that I had to pay more woke up the next day to no service when tried to call I was unable to get in contact with Customer service and then Store associate disconnected in my ear....I had to take my lunch break to go to the store and still no reults I will be going to the MEDIA about this issue

Very bad business.... Had very inappropriate, music playing, had cursing and was not turned down while being waiting on. Won't go back to that location.

I give this location a 5 star but only because of Rodrig Diaz - Torres. He exceeded my expectations. He is friendly , he always has a smile and he is so helpful in explaining any questions I may have . All of Metro PCS employees at that location could learn great customer service from him.

I ended up switching to verizon because I just can't stand the customer service I receive from metro. Whether it be over the phone or in the store. Just wasn't digging it. And after over a year of that service I had enough!!!

horrible service, horrible customer service, not helpful only good thing is they are cheap but its not worth the hassle first time with metro 2 months and switched real quick never answer their phone the first or second time and their voicemail is always full

The 2 reps spoke in their languauge almost the entire time i was there and i just felt that was rude and not very customer service friendly. I was the only one in the store with a question about my phone and he seemed more interested in playing games on his own phone.
