Royal farm is starting to look very dirty on the outside. It is rediculous that the air pump is always broken. With gas prices being so high they should make sure that the outside is clean and their air pump is working. Why should I go a block down the street to wawa that is clean on the outside and the pumps look clean but buy gas from royal farm. I am not because it is inconvenient. I will just give wawa my business.

Royal farms has the WORST customer service. Please do not EVER use a debit/ credit card to get gas from this establishment. Their faulty machine charged me for gas that was NOT pumped into my car and they refuse to refund me my money. This organization stole money from me.

This isn't a slam on this company but THIS specific location. Everytime I walk in I feel more like I'm just a bother to everyone who works here than anything else. God help you if you decide to use DoorDash, GrubHub ect. to get your food from here. Items are always missing with no communication between Dashers and staff (and not every doordasher doesn't contact the customer btw), wrong sizes are included and food being prepared wrong is a constant issue with this location. I love the rofos in Elkton when I lived there and I love the rofos not much further from this store. But this specific location is the absolute worst and will never get my business again.

Reason why I am only giving 3 stars... if u run out of something, take it off the kiosk. No spicy chicken Ordered my Mom chicken wings, they wasn't fresh & tasted like fish. This was my 1st time ordering for myself. Must do better folks

This place is always good in a pinch. They need a better exhaust over the frying area. You'll come with the grease smell in your clothes. But, still a good place!

Walked in and ordered chicken and fries.. they didn’t have any chicken up.& only a few burnt fries. I assumed they had some cooking since the guy was just standing there& the girl was on the phone..so I went to get a milkshake while waiting , and had to wait for a group of girls to move from in front of the milkshake machine making a Tik tok dancing video .. employees watched instead of telling them to go elsewhere.. I had to finally say it myself . They moved and the milkshake machine would not even work. I left the shake on the counter and went to pay for my food .. it was a long line .. finally went to pick the food up and the guy asked what I was waiting for .. they hadn’t even dropped the food to cook.. asked me if I could wait .. I had already been in the store 20 mins.. Waste of time. Ghetto.

I'm surprised how clean it was in here since the location is in such a horrible area, it was recently built not to long ago so fairly clean just a lot of trash in and out the store! everyone does abide by the covid 19 regulations so I am grateful for that, hope this area gets cleaned up soon 😉

Be safe using your card at the pump! They charged us $100 extra at the pump when we filled are tank up for $25 and when we asked the cashier they said that’s a normal thing???? How the hell is that?? Thank God we only had $25 on our card!! Someone is stealing at that store or it’s rigged at the pump! Go inside if you use this place and be safe.. if you have used this place check your bank statements for the past few months!

Horrible service. Slow. Unprofessional. Guy took forever making a chicken wrap because he was talking to everyone that walked in the door. Loaded it up so much that he couldn’t wrap it with out contents falling out and the wrap ripping. Real lack of management and training. Food was garbage as well. Save your money and go to a wawa.
