The old lady at the counter at lunchtime July 11th 2022 when I came in she said the only thing we have is in the case which was a load of fried and maybe a piece of chicken but I couldn't tell and I asked well what's all in there and she repeated herself and then a younger gentleman walked up and said we do have other stuff still perplexed on what to order I ordered the burger rap when I received my food I could tell it was a bun so when I opened it to check I had to walk back in and talk to them and she seemed that I had been inconveniencing her in which she just pulled the burger off and slapped it in a rap and gave it back to me very poor quality and service this is not the first time I've had trouble with this deli not the first time they've messed my order up would not recommend as you don't get what you pay for

Idk who the old lady was the worked June 20th 2022 at lunch time but she doesn't know how to talk to people.. I understand the job in the deli can be stressful but it's no way you should take it out on the customers. I was going to let my complaint go. But as I was leaving I heard another customer complain about the same old lady there she either needs to quit and find another job that doesn't involve talking to people. She didn't have much chicken available and when I asked she screamed on me. Unprofessional the regional manager needs to go check this store out and have a nice talk to her about her attitude towards customers

Food was a big dissapointment. Western fries were like potato chips. Chicken wrap was meager, not that great. Won't stop by this ROFO again...

Totally disgusting Purchased chicken. Was told it was fresh, get home and it is anything buy fresh. This is about the 4th time this has happened although it is different people who tell you the chicken is fresh. As always, no one ever answers the pho e when you call to advise then what happened. Sadly this has been one too ma y times now.

I love all Royal Farms!!! I love how spacious they are and they are always clean even the bathroom. The shelves are always stocked and the employees who cook really do their thing. Cashiers are always there...I don't have to wait for a cashier to saunter out like I am bothering them. I swore by wawa but they have went way down with all the dirty stores plus other things. P.s I LOVE THE CHEWY ICE

Store was ok. Workers were very nice. The men's bathroom was horrible it look like nobody ever cleaned it. It smelled bad the floors were dirty. In fact ever thing was nasty in the bathroom. You would be better off going to the bathroom in the woods. All the other Royal Farms bathrooms i have been the bathrooms were very clean. This bathroom should be closed until they clean it

Out of common courtesy when I'm on a call I put my phone down when I'm at registers. The guy working tonight was literally texting the entire time he was completing my transaction. Customer service is non existent at this location

The pumps are very annoying if you want a car wash. Each price selection (displayed one at a time, from high to low) have a long delay if you select "No" to a higher price wash. No delay if you select yes. Feels like customer manipulation. Store is clean, service is respectful, but I hate the experience of buying gas here.

I'll never go back to this location for food! I generally don't order food from Royal Farms, for a couple of reasons: I don't eat fried foods (fried chicken or french fries), and their sandwiches are nowhere near the quality of Wawa's. The one thing they do, that I like, is their hamburgers and grilled chicken sandwiches - they always have a nice grilled flavor. But this location manages to screw-up both of those too. I tried to order a grilled chicken sandwich on a wheat roll, with a side of chili, got a soda from the soda fountain (VERY limited selection!), then got in line to pay. When I was in line at the register, they call my number and ask whoever had the number to come back to the grill area. I got out of line and went back to the grill so that they could inform me that they are out of chili. So, I told them to cancel the chili, which, BTW, is now vegetarian chili, but they don't mention that anywhere in the menu system. I got back in line to pay, and, again, they call my number and ask me to come back to the grill. This time I wait to pay before getting out of line. I go back to the grill and they inform me that they are out of wheat rolls. So, at this point, I've ordered my food, got a drink from the soda fountain, got in line TWICE to pay, paid for my order, and they STILL have not started making the order. I asked why they didn't remove the choice from the menu, and they said they couldn't because the supplies "could come in at any minute". Apparently, unlike Wawa that (temporarily) removes from the ordering menu any item they run out of, Royal Farms apparently doesn't have that capability. I switch to a potato roll and they finally start making the order. I watch them put a piece of grilled chicken that is the same shape as a SMALL chicken strip, but two inches thick - the whole grilled chicken took up less than half the bun! What a joke! They then slather it in mustard, which, combined with the juices from the chicken, made for a VERY messy sandwich! I gave them 2 stars because, although it was oddly shaped, the chicken still tasted good - it was nice and juicy with a good grilled flavor. But I'll stick to Wawa from now on.
