6 Best gas station in Newark, Delaware (DE) 2024

Totally disgusting Purchased chicken. Was told it was fresh, get home and it is anything buy fresh. This is about the 4th time this has happened although it is different people who tell you the chicken is fresh. As always, no one ever answers the pho e when you call to advise then what happened. Sadly this has been one too ma y times now. ~CathyJo

Yall are sleeping on Shell. I remember when this was a terrible tiny gas station that had over priced gas; after the remodel that changed. I started coming here for $1 games and never really looked around the store until today. I discovered an entire kitchen equipped with a grill. The food they make is made correctly. The staff was friendly and I had a decent dinner within 10~ minutes. 7/21 The dude running the grill tonight really knows what he's doing. That sandwich was perfect and he even gave me a cup of sauce. There seems to be a really good night crew ~Ryan

This is a gas station. I successfully exchanged money for here. What a country. ~Stephan

Beware of Speedy Gas. I have been going to this gas station for years. Recently, the pump malfunctioned and charged me $75, but didn't pump any gas. The pump display even showed $75 charged but no gallons of gas. (See the display in the picture.) The pumps look to be poorly maintained compared to other gas stations. The clerk said don't worry, "we need to talk to our owner"(Gurinder "Ricky" Singh) and we will take care of you. The owner spends his time trying make a name for himself in the news. A month later "Sam" the manager finally said they will provide the equivalent in gas. When I went to get gas, he acted like he knew nothing and told said he owes me nothing. What I thought was an honest mistake turned into thieves. I recommend going elsewhere unless you carefully check to make sure get what you pay for. ~Jack
