9 Best convenience store in Newark, Delaware (DE) 2025

Totally disgusting Purchased chicken. Was told it was fresh, get home and it is anything buy fresh. This is about the 4th time this has happened although it is different people who tell you the chicken is fresh. As always, no one ever answers the pho e when you call to advise then what happened. Sadly this has been one too ma y times now. ~CathyJo

My expirence at this Rite Aid has been amazing over the 10 years I have been coming here. After getting my kids and myself vaccinated, I have truly seen the kindness and patience of the staff, especially Raksha. She provided me with quick service and a willingness to help with all my needs, making it feel like a second one home. ~Alesha

The staff is so mean and nasty need new staff. Speak and don’t say nothing back. I wouldn’t even go here ever again. This the older Indian guy in the us rude. ~Laprice

The worker was pretty cool to allow me and wait for my ride at the store. He was really nice but the customers are weird. Some guy just kept staring at me saying “hola” I told him I speak Arabic and he kept. Bothering me. There this genuine disrespect and predator like culture in the Latin community. Very scary ~Shay

Great job. They had the stuff I was looking for. And they also had some stuff that I was not looking for but I realized that I could buy them for somebody else. That is nice. The employees were very nice as well. Great job. ~Brian

I hate to give any place a 1-star review, especially during the current labor shortage. However, this location has taken a complete dive over the last year. Most of the new staff seriously need to brush up on their customer service skills. I've never encountered such a low level of professionalism and attitude problems in my life. Avoid this place like the plague. ~Mike

I’m very disappointed in this place. I have been here a few times in the afternoon and it’s been great. Recently I went at night and I stood up front waiting to be checked out, it seemed like forever, so I went back to the pharmacy to see if I could check out there. Literally all the associates were back there chatting about games. I asked to speak to the manager, and a tall girl with curly hair (didn’t see her name) finally turned to me and seemed irritated. I told her I just wanted to check out. We walked back up front and she was not pleasant at all.. I would totally suggest not going here at night. Definitely avoid this manager, because she could care less what is going on. Honestly I won’t be going back here. I’ll travel a little further to get what I need. ~Brad
