Best drugstore in Newark, Delaware (DE) 2024

My expirence at this Rite Aid has been amazing over the 10 years I have been coming here. After getting my kids and myself vaccinated, I have truly seen the kindness and patience of the staff, especially Raksha. She provided me with quick service and a willingness to help with all my needs, making it feel like a second one home. ~Alesha

Great job. They had the stuff I was looking for. And they also had some stuff that I was not looking for but I realized that I could buy them for somebody else. That is nice. The employees were very nice as well. Great job. ~Brian

I hate to give any place a 1-star review, especially during the current labor shortage. However, this location has taken a complete dive over the last year. Most of the new staff seriously need to brush up on their customer service skills. I've never encountered such a low level of professionalism and attitude problems in my life. Avoid this place like the plague. ~Mike

I’m very disappointed in this place. I have been here a few times in the afternoon and it’s been great. Recently I went at night and I stood up front waiting to be checked out, it seemed like forever, so I went back to the pharmacy to see if I could check out there. Literally all the associates were back there chatting about games. I asked to speak to the manager, and a tall girl with curly hair (didn’t see her name) finally turned to me and seemed irritated. I told her I just wanted to check out. We walked back up front and she was not pleasant at all.. I would totally suggest not going here at night. Definitely avoid this manager, because she could care less what is going on. Honestly I won’t be going back here. I’ll travel a little further to get what I need. ~Brad
