I hate to give any place a 1-star review, especially during the current labor shortage. However, this location has taken a complete dive over the last year. Most of the new staff seriously need to brush up on their customer service skills. I've never encountered such a low level of professionalism and attitude problems in my life. Avoid this place like the plague.

I’ve been using this pharmacy since it was first built and my entire family and a few neighbors are switching to a different one due to the unprofessionalism in the pharmacy. As if the change in the schedule wasn’t enough, the pharmacists and techs are extremely ignorant and unprofessional. The girl with the glasses and tattoos on her arms should not even be working with the public. On each encounter with her, she is smart mouth, rolls her eyes and is downright nasty. This is completely unacceptable.

Aside from the inconvenient hours and no weekends at the pharmacy, the most concerning factor is the customer service. The techs who work at this location are rude and unprofessional. It’s extremely sad to have representatives like this representing the company, let alone the pharmacy.

The pharmacy is now closed on weekends completely. Prescriptions are filled from 930 am to 6pm, WEEKDAYS ONLY. Meaning you'll HAVE to skip work to get your meds, or speak to a pharmacist. I cant imagine anything more troublesome. Walgreens - pay your pharacists enough to hire a normal staffing level. Dont put your troubles on the poor customers.back on your customers.

I started going to this Walgreens when my local one on Kirkwood Highway lost its luster. This one is clean, spacious and has excellent pharmacy service. If you don’t live near the west end of Possum Park Road in Wilmington you may not know it’s there. If you want your medication filled in a timely manner then go here. It’s worth it.

I got vaccinated back to the first day of July to get the $25 GC and still have waited for that so far. Just walk in to figure out why. The pharmacist, Laura, has an attitude on my issue. She was acting unprofessionally and not well-trained and doesn't even intend to solve the issue. I'm very frustrated and unhappy with this conversation. The $25 promotion was just a lie. I think I won't get it forever.

This is the best Walgreens in New Castle County in my opinion, maybe the best pharmacy in NCC. The store itself is nice and all the staff are great but the pharmacy staff here are the absolute best! And it’s not just one or two of them...I’ve been using this pharmacy for years now and every pharmacy staff member is amazing...so I guess that’s on the hiring manager or the head pharmacist or whoever staffs this pharmacy. I’ve gone to multiple other Walgreens in Delaware over the years, Hockessin, Concord Pike, Trolley Square, Main Street, Route 4, Subarban and they all pale in comparison to Possum Park. The pharmacy techs at Possum Park are all so friendly, helpful and will go out of their way to help solve a problem is there’s an issue with a prescription or your insurance. Plus they don’t make you wait for hours for a prescription. There’s a younger guy who’s been there for years who is wonderful and a newer young girl who is so sweet and all the pharmacists are great too. I’ve had so many issues at other Walgreens in the area with rude, rushy staff that either seem to not care to help you or even seem annoyed that you dare need medicine. I never do reviews but after 6-7 years of having such amazing service from this pharmacy staff I feel like I gotta give them a shout out!

Visited the pharmacy drive-thru for the first time. Also used the app for the first time to track my prescription .the drive-up window is sealed off from personal contact like a bank drive-up. The communication was by speaker. The pharmacy person was dressed in full protective equipment. She was VERY helpful, explaining the prescription details and how to use the app for payment. If you need a safe place to get prescriptions this is it.
