My expirence at this Rite Aid has been amazing over the 10 years I have been coming here. After getting my kids and myself vaccinated, I have truly seen the kindness and patience of the staff, especially Raksha. She provided me with quick service and a willingness to help with all my needs, making it feel like a second one home.

Raksha is awesome ! Extremely personable,friendly & helpful! Goes above and beyond to help you. The pharmacy is very efficient and very little wait time! The staff is also very friendly especially Jason. They try to be very accommodating. In this day and age when you normally have little to no customer service, what a difference. They make you feel like your old small neighborhood drugstore. Can’t say enough good about them. Great job! Thank you

This Pharmacy is the best in the area. That includes all the other Rite Aid pharmacies. Raksha, Nakiyah, and Jason are top notch in customer service. I have been dealing with a "less helpful pharmacy most of the day and finally gave up and came to Peoples Plaza Rite Aid. In and out in 10 minutes. Thank you guys! You're the best.

Worst experience of my life. Went to get my hydrocodone filled and was humiliated when, in front of everyone, they called my doctor to be sure it was legit and then checked my name on the watch list for narcotic abuse. After waiting over 40 minutes, and crying of embarrassment, I was told my insurance required authorization and they couldn't fill it. Came right to Walmart and not only did they fill it but my insurance DID NOT require the previous authorization.

It's fast service, but very inappropriate workers up front. When I was there she was making fun of other customers, had a very bad attitude and had no problem hiding it, she was very negative and wanted to pass that onto everyone that came in.
