I’m very disappointed in this place. I have been here a few times in the afternoon and it’s been great. Recently I went at night and I stood up front waiting to be checked out, it seemed like forever, so I went back to the pharmacy to see if I could check out there. Literally all the associates were back there chatting about games. I asked to speak to the manager, and a tall girl with curly hair (didn’t see her name) finally turned to me and seemed irritated. I told her I just wanted to check out. We walked back up front and she was not pleasant at all.. I would totally suggest not going here at night. Definitely avoid this manager, because she could care less what is going on. Honestly I won’t be going back here. I’ll travel a little further to get what I need.

I love this store. The location is great, it's pretty much the only drug store in Newark easily accessible both by walking and by car, as the Walgreens is hard to park at and the others are hard to walk to. The pharmacist here was great too, I don't have insurance, and she got me a coupon that saved me substantially on a prescription. Super knowledgeable and patient, not just with me but I could hear her resolving an issue on the phone before me and she was very conscientious. Also the store staff have always been super helpful every time I've been here, I've interacted with a number of different people here and they've always been really nice and helpful. My only suggestion is I wish this shopping plaza had more bike racks, there aren't many bike racks around and it's always awkward when I bike over, trying to find a place to lock the bike.

This Rite Aid pharmacy is the best in the area due to their staff. Chummy and Robert are efficient, friendly, and follow through if there’s an issue with your prescription to make sure that you get the medicine you need. They have gone above and beyond on more than one occasion! Customer service really does make a difference.

I love this pharmacy the location is near my home. The all the staff are beyond friendly and helpful. The pharmacy staff is always helpful. They are always have my medication. I love Main Street Rite Aid. The associates are always friendly and very helpful. Their loyalty program is great and has saved me a lot of cash. All if the pharmacists are very knowledgeable, helpful and extremely fast in filling prescriptions! I would not go anywhere else!

The pharmacist is so nice and helpful. The store needs an update as they dont have quite as much items as some other newly updated stores. Otherwise its a nice rite aid to use. No public restrooms, sadly.
