Fix your phone systems. I understand that Covid-19 is affecting customer service, but I needed assistance with an address for a wire transfer that didn't fit the box in the online form. Wait 5 minutes for it to finish going through an automated "news" bot telling me irrelevant information, before finally getting to another bot that couldn't understand the word "yes" when trying to enter my account info. Finally, I get put on hold for a 1hr+ wait time and then all of a sudden get an automated machine telling me they're routing me to fraud prevention, which also has a wait time, before being put back to my 1hr+ current wait time. What a bunch of bull. I'm sending the wire transfer and if you have issues with the address that's your problem.

Bank of America is a great career path. I started in 2012 after many years of retail and it changed my life. Many doors opened for me and it’s nice to feel valued by th company you work for.

Very confusing area to find 1000 Samoset. GPS can't find the actual spot. Visitor parking is not very close to the extrance and their is no designated handicapped visitor parking. Security guards are nice and minimally friendly, not a good first face of BoA. There is no place for someone to use the restroom until the person you are meeting with comes to collect you.

Its a big , nice and peaceful campus. Its near christiana care hospital. Wawa is closeby to fill in gas or grab some coffee ! Parking lot is real big :) There are two campus of bank of america in newark , samoset drive campus is more towards peace !!!

I can not believe Bank Of America has a corporate office in Newark, De but no public banks only ATMs. How is this being customer friendly?

I found a walk in bank. Very helpful staff enjoyed using the atm call service it was neat to talk and see someone.

Its an office. Close to chic fil a and wawa and has table tennis in canteen. appropriate sized cubicles
