Going to this store is not a problem as long as there are no other customers. I went to pay my bill and left because there was only 1employee and I would've had to wait for them to finish with the other customer who was buying a phone and we all know how long that takes. Everytime I go there is only one employee so I have to hope there isn't anyone there buying a new phone. Will I be lucky today?

Unprofessional service representative he was on his phone the whole time while assisting me. He had a female friend hanging out with him and eating Chinese food on the sales floor. No promotion phones in stock. Nothing but high tier products minus iPhones being pushed. The store had a strong fishy mold smell and after 15 mins I mentioned it was uncomfortable, and I needed to get air. He then states the store is in a state of renovations behind the "wall" and he sent me to Walker road location,said they were owned by the same people and could definitely assist me in getting my phone that day. Never happened. Metro PCS located in Rodney Village or Smyrna location are the only ones I will shop at from now on.

I belie was this store about a month ago walking to the store and asked if they have Samsung galaxy a20 in stock and the girl said I do not now let me call my boss and wile the Girl was on phone conversation I heard that some one was in a store with a girl and something happening The male voice on the phone said that he don't have free phones and recommending to go to other store but if I want than I have to pay full retail price and not free, I said that Metro advertise and even on your store door is said free 2 phones Samsung A20. I said that I don't know what he is talking about. I walk away and said that I will give bad review on line. At other metro store I was told that the Metro store at Dover made of photos of you and your photos is on line now and he showed on his phone. At this point I will file against this metro store a lawsuit. You trying to cheat people and if you can't, you make customer looks bad. You will pay for this. You can not take photos of customers only by asked you and if you can't sell them by the way of fraud to them then take photos and send on internet to others!

This is the 4th time if TRIED to come to this store. They open at 10 and yet every time I go shortly after they open there's always a 'Be back in 15 minutes' sign on the door. Very unprofessional. If they can hire reliable employees to do their job at the hours that their are supposed to they shouldn't have them or own a Metro PCS store in the first place. I won't be returning to this store. Loss for them that 4 cell phone sales they have now lost.
