Typical gamer store. The wait to get rung up was extremely lengthy because there was apparently only 1 person working there and he was helping with a large sale. Grandkids loved it ~Marcine

Came here and waited over an hour, just for them to acknowledge our presence after waiting 30 minutes after checking in. Meanwhile, there were employees arriving helping other customers who arrived after. Unprofessional and no immediate acknowledgment of guests. Overheard one of the workers rudely addressing a deaf/hard of hearing man . The employee recommended us to use other 3rd party services such as geek squad or Apple directly.. waited here for him to recommend other services. ~Justin

Going to this store is not a problem as long as there are no other customers. I went to pay my bill and left because there was only 1employee and I would've had to wait for them to finish with the other customer who was buying a phone and we all know how long that takes. Everytime I go there is only one employee so I have to hope there isn't anyone there buying a new phone. Will I be lucky today? ~C.J.
