This is absolutely my favorite place to buy high end, second hand clothing. Everyone is complaining that they don't buy everything but I'm thankful that they don't because it saves you time from sorting through stuff that went out of fashion 8 years ago. Its a second hand store so of course some of the stuff isn't going to be the greatest but if you just look for a minute they have lots of name brand stuff for really cheap. They carry loads of American Eagle, Pink, etc. which I love! I got a $20 romper new with tags for $7 and it was super cute! Especially if you know how to sew and you can alter the sizes a bit you'll be able to find lots of fantastic deals on high quality clothes. Their jeans section especially has lots of great options. I found a pair of American Eagle jeans for $12 that had no wear and looked brand new that would have easily cost $60 in the mall. The staff were friendly. Good variety on good quality clothing and shoes. We did back to school shopping for our kids, and the prices were great on brands like Adidas, Nike and Under Armor. Also has a toy section where you can find some cool things. This particular Ross location has a smaller toy section than other locations. There is also an Amazon order pickup area here. Since this is in a prime location, the store is plundered a lot. ~PhillipsVision

This journeys store is ridiculous. 5 employees standing around behind the counter, no one walking around asking if you need help. Stood in line to see if something was available - one employee walked right past me didn’t say a word. The other 4 just stared. Clearly poor management, Don’t waste your time here! ~Tiffany

My friend and I were all kinds of last minute picking out/ordering our bridesmaid gowns. Ashley was AMAZING! She helped us pick out beautiful dresses that suited our individual body types and made sure we got the best bang for our buck. There was an issue with shipping (NOT The Wedding Boutique's fault) and Ashley made sure to get on the proper people so I had my dress in time. I wound up LOVING my dress and feeling super confident in it. Ashley is awesome! I definitely enjoyed the customer service and her knowledge in helping me select. She's super sweet. Love this store and Larry the cat!! I went to the Dover location and the customer service was fantastic! They helped me find everything I needed and were so easy to work with. I got a couple new bathing suits and a dress. Everything fit true to size. I will definitely be going back soon! ~Cassidy
