I love the clothes here and there is one employee who is always maki g sure you get a great customer service experience. Only gave 4 starts, because you can’t always find your size for some of the clothes you might like.

Not the most organized but I usually find a fee really cute things really cheap. Not the best quality but acceptable for the prices.

Service is fine. Quality of clothes not so much. Buy bigger size because they will definitely shrink once washed or color fades.

I love it. I got all my god daughter's school clothes from here for reasonable amount.and me and most my friends ship here for ourselves too... Good for men women and kids 100%

The store is decent, and if your looking for help make sure it’s a lady there name Ms.Dee, she is very helpful, and I always see her working and helping, if she not there I walk right out and I spend at least 500$ every other week, but the others have nasty attitudes, Ms. Dee need to find a store that will appreciate her work ethics, cause cititrends ain’t it.

Nice selection of clothes, but it would help out alot if they had more staff on hand the line was long. They had one lady there doing both checking out customers and trying to help out other customers (she needs a raise lol). Overall I would definitely be going back!!!

The clothing is sometimes really cheap, but you get what you pay for, and besides, you can snag some really cute stuff. Do not buy white shirts from there because they are see through. You can get some really nice sets of jewelry and shoes from there as well for amazing prices. I bought this adorable pair of pants from there and i am happy with them. BUT! I went inside the store, and it smelled of marijuana at some points. Now I'm not going to point fingers, because it could have been one of the shoppers, but it did smell skunky. Clothes are cute, but have questionable patrons

I have not been to this store in a very long time(years). I was out with a girlfriend and she wanted to stop in and look for something. it has definitely went downhill. the store is junky and has no order. Things were everywhere. Roses is better. The employee we spoke to did not know anything and was not very helpful. To eaches own, but i did not like at all.....

The store could use more employees to keep things in order. The store manager seem to be doing all the work. She hangs the clothes, wait on customers, and she is the cashier ; all done with a boot on her foot cause she has a broken toe. Kudos to the manager.
