Employee was nice but the selection sucks and is way too expensive for what it is. I'm sorry, yes black is good for big girls but we want more colors in clothes and especially Bathing suits!!!

Best place to go clothes shopping for plus size/tall for women!! I love going there its affordable and the bras actually fit right versus other places!!! Definitely recommend you to go there!!

5 stars for the staff there, they're very nice and helpful. 5 stars for the way the Bra and jeans fit me there. I get the dark wash there for work and they are SO comfy! 3 stars for the selection of clothing.. not all big girl clothes need to be Disney related, covered in skulls, or a tunic.

I love this store! The employees are friendly and very helpful. The selection is awesome, and the fit is fantastic. I have always had trouble with getting the right fit, none of these clothes have been an issue. It IS a little pricey, BUT, great quality.

We got to this specific Torrid twice a year because of how much we love the staff there. They recognize us now and love chatting with us and helping us pick out and try on clothes. They make suggestions, give honest opinions, and always try to find is the best deal. We always feel so at home there and free to be ourselves as we shop. We can't wait to see them again.

This is the only Torrid my group and I visit. The shelves are always neat and there's always a wide selection. The ladies who work there are THE BEST. Friendly, knowledgeable, helpful, neat, attentive and hard working. I've been to every other Torrid in the tri-state area, and they're all too cluttered with mannequins and difficult to navigate. The employees are friendly at the other torrids, but these women really go above and beyond.

I had been going to this store since it was opened in the mall, but I will never go back. I was trying on clothes and heard the employees making fun of me and my young daughter (I was the only person in there with a kid). Made me sick. I'm never going back.

I was the only customer in the store. Sat down and waited after I said that I needed help with bras. I sat there for approximately 15 minutes. All the while the girl was folding apparel. Very disappointed. I even saw an employee in the back door area.

Love the store and the atmosphere it gives off. The women who work at torrid are always incredibly kind and friendly. The clothes are a bit pricey but for the quality you get it's worth it. And honestly you get coupons constantly and there's always sales so it's not unreasonable. It's amazing to finally have somewhere that a woman who's struggled finding clothes in the correct size can finally find flattering clothes. Honestly everything in my closet worth wearing comes from torrid. Love it.
