I don't even want to give 1 star. Never been to a store where the cashier doesn't even acknowledge you. I said hello. How are you doing and no response from her She is so lucky I didn't make a scene. No customer service except for the girl that was letting my daughter and I out and locking the door behind us at 828pm on a Friday night when the store is posted to stay open till 9 and people wanting to come in. If your so unhappy and not a people person. Work in the sewer. Will never shop there again. Talk to your workers or fire these employees. Just ignorant. Never again. Or maybe I should go back and embarrass them. Was there Friday night July 1 2022

Options for the choice of clothing at this location was not so great at all, their children selection was slim to nothing especially when it came down to the boys for the girl they had a small amount and everything was way too fast and grown for my child that was left to choose from and for the adult clothes everything look like almost the same just different colors. The customer service could have been way better they just stand around and look at. For their return or exchange they give you back a receipt instead of a gift card which is ridiculous because you're bound to lose a receipt rather than having a card. This was my first time in seven years shopping at rainbows but if I were to shop ever again it wouldn't be at this location. Also I didn't get anything from my 19.96 value from purchasing a pair of sunglasses and one piece romper.

Store was clean and for the most part organized. HOWEVER...the employees preferred to act like you didn’t exist. The lady didn’t even tell me my total, she pressed on the screen and huffed and puffed. Then I got the little “receipt in the bag fine” bs. That’s it. Woman when I walked didn’t even speak back. Why work here if you’re that miserable.

Currently here at 8:28pm on 5/18/2021 there were 3 staff available and 2 workers came to the front saying they were closed. At that time, 2 shoppers came out and they locked the doors behind them. Store sign says 9pm closing. The associate with the red/black short hair was very rude and the other one said they were short staffed. There were 6 potential customers outside. BAD BUSINESS!! Get some pointers from Chick-Fil-A on CUSTOMER SERVICE and stop hiring these hood rats!!

Staff is extremely unprofessional. Cashier texted/was on her phone instead of completing my exchange. I really like rainbow but I won’t shop here anymore if this the service at this store. If I could I would give it ZERO stars. DO NOT SHOP THAT THIS RAINBOW

Store is certainly packed to capacity. Was nice to be greeted when I came through the door because there was zero warmth from the cashier.

This is just about the WORST shop I have been to in my ENTIRE life. The Customer service was HORRIBLE. I had questions and no one knew and had to practically beg them to go find out. I mostly receive rolling of eyes and sighs when I need help. It takes cashiers 10-15 minutes to check anyone out because they are always taking personal calls and shouting personal and unprofessional things to each other across the store. Not a bit of professionalism, courtesy or respect from anyone I have ever encountered here. I try to avoid this store at all costs because it the same each and every time I have been here. The staff talks and acts like they are hanging out in the street or a club. Its awful. Their merchandise is chaotic and sometimes all over the floor. Clothes of sizes and genders are scattered everywhere they aren't supposed to be. I would much rather see this place close down then ever expect a change that would better the establishment. The type of people it attracts is NO BETTER.
