Worst Cvs location ever. They won’t start filling your prescription even after received directly from Doctor unless you go there. Then they make you wait another 30 mins ( if you are lucky). We live in Middletown but I still prefer going to Bear location. If they have approval, why they wait for you to physically go there to start filling the script.

Grace at this location is the best. If anyone at CVS sees this, you have a fantastic employee. We had an immediate need for children's benadryl very close to closing time. I called the store and gave my ETA, she gladly waited an extra 10 minutes for me and was extremely helpful. Good people still left in the world!!

Recently worked here and so glad I left. I feel a weight has been lifted off of my shoulders. The nastiest patients I have ever dealt with. 2 years of wasted time and energy. The pharmacy manager I had there when I was hired, Micheal was extremely rude. Yelled and berated me. I reported it to corporate and was told something would be done. Nothing changed! The store manager is horrible as well. Jonathan literally tells the employees if they don’t want to work there they can leave. And people did. He expressed that the technicians were replaceable. They lost up to 7 technicians since February and they WERE NEVER REPLACED! Leaving the excess on the more experienced techs shoulders! The company provided ZERO HELP! I will never work for CVS again if these are the type of people they put into management. Jonathan was HORRIBLE to the technicians and front store workers. He stays in the pharmacy to argue and micro manage the technicians but doesn’t even know how to pull medications off the shelf to fill scripts. The lead technician was GREAT. The technicians were as well. They make the STORE run. SO WHY TELL THEM TO LEAVE???!!!! Will be sending a email to corporate on Jonathan and I will not stop until something is done.

The employees who work at the pharmacy at this store are extremely rude. I wanted to transfer a prescription from a mail order pharmacy to this store location so that I could pick up the medication in less time. The email confirmation after using the app stated that it would be ready in 4 hours. I call next day at 5 pm and am told that medicine transfers can take 5-7 business days!!!! That is insane. It took 15 minutes or more for someone to answer the phone and the person who did said the only way I could speed it up would be to have my doctor resend them the prescription to their store. That's fine, I can take my business and money elsewhere, there are PLENTY of options.

Terrible! By now we know that the pharmacy is closed for lunch from 1:30 to 2! Totally closed! You can't even pick up your prescription! So today I wait till 2:10 to pick up my prescription only to find out that they closed at 2 pm today (Saturday)! They will be open 10 am to 2 pm tomorrow & Monday! No where in my text message, on their app or the website does it state the time change! I will be moving all my prescriptions out of there!

The pharmacy hours change on a daily basis. Looked on their website, posted hours of operation never match actual time the pharmacy is open. Bad service.

Nothing but bad experiences at this location. Bought a gift card there once that the store had an issue activating AFTER they already charged me for it. Was told I had to come back to speak to the store manager (a week later!) and when I did, he tried to tell me to dispute it with my bank when it was clearly a CVS error. Only after arguing were they willing to give me another gift card, which was not the refund I was promised initially. And that's not to mention the pharmacy and the fact that prescriptions are never ready when they are supposed to be. If you're in an urgent situation, you'll be stuck without your medication, possibly for over 24 hours. Avoid at all costs. There are plenty of better pharmacy options in Middletown.

I walked to the pharmacy counter stopping at the drop off window. Walking behind me was a gentleman who I would later find out was Mohammad. I stood at the counter for OVER five minutes as the pharmacist was on a call, lady standing diagonal saw we walk up but continued to do whatever she was doing, Mohammad walked behind the counter and started to do something knowing that he saw me stop at the window. Man walked to the pick up counter IMMEDIATELY there was a pause from the lady and Mohammad to rush to help this man! WOW this was beyond rude! Janet another person appeared to be working the drive thru window apologized for her coworkers ignorance and started to help me. When she left the window to offer assistance all of a sudden the lady standing diagonal from me says she didn’t see me wow I only stood there FIVE Plus minutes. Most ignorant of all was Mohammad who said that man was in the store earlier! He is rude and ignorant. It is thought that his nationality has little respect for women today his rudeness supported that thought! MOHAMMAD is RUDE AND IGNORANT!

IF YOU ARE THINKING OF USING THIS CVS AS YOUR PHARMACY , DON’T !!!! The last few months this store (the pharmacy) has been HORRIBLE! If you call they will NOT answer the phone. What use to take them 10 minutes to fill a RX now takes hours to days. Not sure what the problem is because there is always 5 or 6 employees behind the counter “working” so short staffed is NOT the issue. I guess with everything else going on in this state and country this will be par for the course. No one takes pride in their jobs or work ethics anymore. No accountability. You would think with all these HORRIBLE REVIEWS CVS would want to fix some things but NOPE.

This CVS is always busy . I wait in the drive thru for the pharmacy and it takes 20 mins . You go inside it still takes 20 minutes . Either they need to hire more pharmacy technicians or they need better workers who actually know how to fill a prescription within 24-48 hours . I will NEVER , I repeat NEVER fill any prescription with this location again . Their customer service is mediocre at best ! If I could give this location negative stars I would . Management needs to be reviews because that CVS location is deplorable
