This store went from being one of the best, cleanest stores around with a top notch pharmacist to a ghetto. New management and it’s now one of the worst. I’m not sure how it stays open. Some days no one shows up to work in the pharmacy at all. I drive a little further now to a compounding pharmacy but it’s well worth the trip. ~Jeff

Recently worked here and so glad I left. I feel a weight has been lifted off of my shoulders. The nastiest patients I have ever dealt with. 2 years of wasted time and energy. The pharmacy manager I had there when I was hired, Micheal was extremely rude. Yelled and berated me. I reported it to corporate and was told something would be done. Nothing changed! The store manager is horrible as well. Jonathan literally tells the employees if they don’t want to work there they can leave. And people did. He expressed that the technicians were replaceable. They lost up to 7 technicians since February and they WERE NEVER REPLACED! Leaving the excess on the more experienced techs shoulders! The company provided ZERO HELP! I will never work for CVS again if these are the type of people they put into management. Jonathan was HORRIBLE to the technicians and front store workers. He stays in the pharmacy to argue and micro manage the technicians but doesn’t even know how to pull medications off the shelf to fill scripts. The lead technician was GREAT. The technicians were as well. They make the STORE run. SO WHY TELL THEM TO LEAVE???!!!! Will be sending a email to corporate on Jonathan and I will not stop until something is done. ~Gain

Had timing belt replacement and a Lazer key made for my fiesta. They explained all work that was done. Very satisfied with work done. ~Robert

Brought my 03 4WD Explorer in for Trans/ Diffs /Transfer case service and a slight vibration/hum noise. They identified 2 of the wheel hubs were bad. I wanted to keep the Explorer for quite a few more years so I had them replace all 4 hubs / shocks / springs /drive shafts with CV joints (drive shafts were unexpected but had to be done due to corrosion) and Plugs/wires. I know my way around a vehicle mechanically so when Mitch provided pics of the issues they found with repair recommendations I was in agreement, which speaks to their knowledge and honesty. The repairs were done on time and correctly and I was very satisfied with the work. Because of the corroded drive shafts the cost was higher than initially anticipated, but still less than I expected and they cut me a break on some labor. It's as if they enjoy not doing their job. They laugh when you call, are rude and will disconnect the call. Between child support, child protective services and this office, they do not ever do their job to help. We pay taxes and pay their checks for what? To deny the help families need and to be told they can't help or do not care. Call a church, as if they're the ones in put on place to help. Such a joke and a disgrace to the people, every one of these agencies, the staff and the supposed reasons they use the policies as. ~Raja

It's been a few years since they worked on my vehicle but I haven't forgotten the terrible service and workmanship. I brought it there for minor repairs from a front passenger collision. It was supposed to be a 1 week job that turned into a month. They not only lost my keys, and had to replace the 3 original lock cylinders ( that they never gave back to me) but they caused damage to my vehicle that wasn't there when i dropped it off. Gary the owner told me that the damage was already there and he wasn't going to let me hold him responsible, one of his body guys ("pops")said it happened when they were working on an adjacent part and it broke because the parts were fragile. Some of the parts they did repair weren't even secured properly, there was overspray all over the front bumper from them painting the grill, (apparently while it was on the truck) the headlight bucket wasn't secured. I called and called but Gary was never available, never returned my calls. I had to threaten him with legal action if he didn't make it right. Which I wasn't going to be the first person to take him to court and I'm sure wouldn't be the last. After a very heated argument and more threats of legal action he finally agreed to make the repairs but only if I agreed that there would be no warranty on the work. Which by the way that work wasn't even performed, all they did was put a heavy coat of paint over the cracks, which are now cracking through the paint. ( this is the reason for the late review the cracks reminded how dishonest Gary is) I can't really say the employees are at fault they only do what they are told. Gary is the problem, he's shady and dishonest. He had no problem taking my money but refused ro stand behind his work. So I wouldn't recommend this shady poor excuse for a shop to my worst enemy. Caliber Collision performed body work on my car due to a minor collision. Their service was professional, courteous and timely. From the initial contact with the adjuster through completion of the work, I received text messages on the status of my car. Work was completed ahead of schedule.
