My experience with Caliber for the most part was good; however, when I got my car back I noticed the exhaust pipe was sitting too close to the new fender and it ended up melting the fender. Then realized the button for rear tailgate didn’t work either. I called right away and was told to bring car back that day with a rental car waiting for me that day. Customer service was very attentive to my issues and concerns and car was fixed quickly. Thank you!

If you're unfortunate and need to find an auto body shop, I highly recommend Caliber Collision in Middletown for many reasons. They're thorough, do excellent repairs and everyone I've dealt with are not only helpful and friendly, it's like dealing with your best friend. Bryan, who signed us in and when our car was finished, brought our car to us. It looked like it came off the showroom floor. I can't compliment this facility enough.
