Go into pharmacy yesterday they are closed cause of pharmacist being sick. Ok that's fine. Ask worker there hey will they be open tomorrow which is today normal hours she's like yes till 9pm. Show up right now at little before 6pm they are closed. Closed at 5pm. All manager can do is tell me to transfer it to a different pharmacy. Meanwhile my daughter has no meds and is getting sicker

I don't have much time in a day so I rely on the automated emails and such to tell me when a rx is ready. Well it tells me my medication (for a serious mood disorder) is ready and the lady in the drive through tells me it's not and that I need to call ahead. I agree because I try to be nice and non confrontational. Then I receive an email that it's been ready. I call and it says it's ready. I'm afraid to go in case I get that same lady.

Bianca in the pharmacy was very rude to me! She did not explain the cist of the prescription adequately to me and when I questioned her, she claimed that I was interrupting her! Imagine a young lady who has no respect for sick older people, let lone customers. From then on she was snappy and actually walked away when I asked her a question!

I just wanted went in to pick up my pictures and two employees were talking about how well their children had been doing in school sometimes it is just good to hear good news in the world even though you only stopped to pick up some pictures. I do think I came out with a bargain.

While waiting in line. The cashier was ringing another worker… just having a good old conversation as the line continues to back up. Once people start leaving the line because they are clearly tired of waiting for them to finish talking. The worker being rung up decided to walk behind the counter. I proceed to the register to ask my question; responded with a hand held up, eye roll and being told it will take a minute for her to help me. Not sure why I was spoken to that way, or what the issue is with the staff but during every visit I’m encountering a rude or unhelpful associate. I will surely just take my business elsewhere. So unprofessional!!!

I don't understand why the computer system goes down so often. it's irritating in the sense that because of it. my wife's PTSD medicine was delayed. 1 day without her meds and it was a living nightmare. the staff is great the computer system not so much

Those wishing to get their photos developed here beware! I brought this Walgreens a disposable camera to get developed and about 2 weeks went by and I hadn't heard if they were in. So I drove over and picked up what I thought were my photos. But the photos I was handed were someone else's photos! I was extremely upset and they had no idea how it happened or where my photos were. They told me they would "call tomorrow" to tell me what they found out, they didn't. I went back to the store about a week later. After dealing with employees that acted like it wasnt their problem, they found the camera sitting on the counter! They had forgotten to send in the camera! They then sent in the camera and a week later I drove to the store to pick up the photos. However they were not there. They were "processing." and they told me there was nothing they could do until they were delivered to the store. It took me calling 3 days in a row and eventually talking to a manager to find out that they had forgotten to change the shipping label on the envelope they sent my camera in and the photos had been delivered to another walgreens on the other side of town! I picked up the photos to then find out that the person who developed them, overexposed and destroyed multiple photos. I had never seen such jacked up pictures. In fact I tried to find examples on line to see what had happened to them and I couldn't. This is incredibly disappointing and I wish I would have never used their service. Honest advice is to never, ever trust these people or this company with your photography.

My wife is one of those extreme couponers, so we are here at least once a week. This store is always very clean, well organized at all times, and always well stocked. My wife will buy a lot of one item at a time and they always have more than enough for us. I also appreciate them not getting an attitude with us for her taking longer then most customers.
