Terrible pharmacy customer service had me on hold for 15 minutes just to wait for the pharmacy to close instead of taking my order my phone call because I clearly wasn't that busy

Pharmacy review only....pharmacists are pleasant but no predictably on when the drive thru Pharmacy is open. 50% of the time the drive thru is closed with no signage on the outside to alert that its closed. They either need to staff appropriately or at least post a sign when the drive-thru is closed. Dress appropriately to walk in if you stop by here lol. Last time had to walk in the store with my Pjs

This place is always under staff lines out the door and the drive thru is never open and the pharmacist and staff will watch u stand in the line for 10 min before they help you I switched ny prescriptions there horrible

They are literally never open. Even when they say they are, they’re not. Some days they close at 8 others they close at 6pm or another random time. You never really know when they’re open or not, only way to know if by wasting your time and gas and getting out of your car to check. I haven’t had a problem with their pharmacy staff as the other reviews state. They’ve been polite, understaffed and busy for sure, but polite. However, the store needs to pick a time to be opened and closed and stick with it so people can stop wasting their time and gas going to a closed store for medicine possibly missing out on another open store that is closing. There’s no reason that multiple customers have addressed this and they still cannot provide an exact time of operation. Understaffed or not they know the times their store is able to be staffed and needs to provide those hours of operations to it’s customers. You barely need to lift a finger to change the hours online and so forth.

This place is and will always be a joke, they are closing at 8pm right now and the workers are still there just standing around 8:45pm talking at the doorway.. probably about the next custom store hours they are gonna have next week, don’t waste your time here.

Most disorganized pharmacy around. Avoid this store their drive through is always closed they don’t open on time they have been understaffed for several years there is always a long wait and the techs have a terrible attitude problem. Corporate needs to come handle this store ASAP or it will keep loosing customers

Horrible lying pharmacy staff. I had my dog with me, paid online and thought it would be a quick pick up in the drive thru. Unfortunately the drive thru was closed. I called and they told me they couldn't meet me at the door with my already paid for and signed for prescription because I needed to sign for it and told me to leave my dog in the hot car. Thankfully I had an auto start and left the air on and the kind people in line let me jump in front of them. When I got my prescription they didn't require a signature. I'm switching to Walgreens ✌️

Most of the employees are efficient and kind, while the old white lady with the snaggletooth and the tall, slim, bald black man (the two managers) harassed me today and then lied about it to my father. They made me feel so uncomfortable in the store, and I don't know if I'll ever walk in that store again.

Not a very good experience with the pharmacy. I’d go back to Rite Aid, but I get discounted meds at CVS due to my insurance having a contract with them.

Visited on a Sunday evening and they were in the middle of price changes. Availability to get associates to unlock a pegged item was a bit tough but friendly.
