The best PO location I’ve found. Staff are consistently cheery and helpful. Despite DeJoy’s best efforts our USPS is still a solid service that’s worth funding and protecting. Let’s hope it’s never privatized.

If only there could be a negative stars in the reviews! Awful experience, the worst experience ever in a post office. We have a small family business in ecommerce and I was dropping off some orders/shipments! Since my first step inside this office and I am getting weird questions like why you are coming to this post office, where is your post office, where do you live you should go there!!! We Don't get credit for business coming from out of our area. I told her my office and its address is shown on the label is less than a mile away. When I ignored the bad signs in her talk and insisted to get the service scanning my shipments, she started to give a microscopic look into my prepaid labels! Why some of them were created in a dates older than 24 hours, she said we can't accept because likewise we will seem to be like we don't do our job right. I told her it is in you position only once you scan it. I told her if you are going to refuse my shipments show me where is it written in the website or any document that you may refuse a shipment created earlier than the past 24 hours like you are telling me. It was very clear It's not anything Professional. She with the support of her colleague were trying to kick me off the place! It wasn't Professional, it was about something else they didn't like about me, It was clear this is personal and against me personally! I don't know but what came into my mind, it could be my race, my skin colour or my accent. Especially the lady! She was too rude and aggressive. I had to get my shipments away from that place because it was obvious she will not let me do anything in this post office and it was also clear she doesn't want me to come back! Well, certainly she has successfully accomplished what she wanted, I won't come back in this place but I will tell the story and I will escalate.

Our postal service should be Privatized. I have not been getting my mail or packages. Trying to call in is painful with no clear path to a live person. Government should step out and allow fair competition to deliver to mail boxes.

Usually prompt service at the counter, though every so often the line is long. When customers stack up, management usually steps in to open a new station. Always pleasant employees.

Best Post Office you'll ever find. Fast and friendly service. The staff is awesome. What more can you ask for.......There are only 5 stars, but I'll give them a 10.

I was expecting an express package to be delivered on a Sat at 12pm. It didn't come, but that's okay, things happen. I got a slip to pickup on a Monday. I went to pick up that same day and was told even though I have a slip, I need to wait another day because it doesn't mean the package is there. Why tf would you put anything in my box before having the package? How am I supposed to know? Why waste my time twice?

I had a package to be delivered for Christmas and it was not delivered. The counter associate Paulina did not care where it was at. And today a customer in front of me had the same issue and she gave the same answer. This post office needs retraining for its workers and it starts from the TOP. I really appreciate the Claymont branch associates . Undercover Boss needs to make a visit.

I just hung up the phone after being on hold for 72 MINUTES! They warned me they had a high volume of calls but said the wait would be no more than an hour and 3 minutes! That is totally unacceptable! Especially when you are trying to do business! Hire more people if you have to but for no one to pick up the phone after 72 minutes?! UGh.

Yes they are friendly and ...well that's where that ends. I would say they provide good customer service or that they were helpful but to do that the associate who assisted me would have to actually have done that. He was VERY courteous. He even did what the other post office didn't, looked at the tracking number I had and found I was missing a number. However when he printed his sheet out didn't read it correctly or he would have seen that my package was brought to HIS post office that morning and not sent me BACK to the post office I just came from. I had to wait at my former residence like some damn stalker till the postal worker arrived and hope no one called the cops on me. Tomorrow I have to do it again for the rest of my package. Not looking forward to it. I just really don't like USPS right now. I can say they are usually better than edgemore tho they aren't picking up the phone right now.

Friendly service and well stocked. Other than that, a typical small town post office. Recommended upgrade: actual parking spots in front of the office on Philadelphia Pike
