We loooove Taco Bueno but this location was TERRIBLE. Literally the worst quality food I’ve ever received at any Bueno location ever. They apparently were low on chips so they used crunched up taco shell for my nacho salad! My son had chips and queso and his were so stale he couldn’t eat them. Hell they even messed a bean burrito and he couldn’t eat his quesadilla burger. It was not made correctly and had brown guacamole.

The service is relatively fast and I do like the food, but the people aren't very pleasant, and they desperately need to update their drive-thru menu board. It seems like half of the items on display are things they no longer have available (especially the dessert options)

Horrible. I have not had Taco Bueno in 2 years and I can see I am not missing anything. I ordered a Taco Salad and put their Pico de Gallo on it and turned out it was soured. The Pico was expired! I waited to see if they would offer a refund or another replacement - nope. I paid for my 2 additional tacos. They did say sorry and took the expired Pico away.

This location is a hit or miss... mostly misses. Most of the time the service is sub par. Orders are not correct. Staff can be rude or just lazy. Night shift doesn't do a good job with anything. Food is over cooked, bland and dry. Sometimes they close early. The only thing that never disappoints me is the taco meat it's always good! Today we noticed that the menu prices skyrocketed! The food is not worth they charge now. Save your money and go somewhere else.

I placed my order to be told midway through them making it, they ran out of beef. Ok that’s fine, so we were refunded the money for the beef items and I ordered bean burritos instead. Well they filled the second order but not the other order, so they then fix that. Once it comes out fully I asked if I could have another bag of chips. I was told no from the manager. I asked even with the inconvenience I could not get 1 bag of chips? I was told from the manager that at Walmart… what does Walmart even have to do with this? I take my meal to-go at this point. The manager follows us outside and flips us off. Really great representation as management. She was a young, blonde female, as heads up if you ever have to deal with her. But I guess that behavior is appropriate there and I’ll just take my business elsewhere.

Drove from another town to eat at "taco bueno". Get there and they can't accept debit or credit cards. The say "cash only" so I get out a 100 dollar bill. They can not accept it either. Mind you this is at 11:15am on a Friday. The manager tells me to go down to the valaro and get change and then come back. Are you serious! What a joke. The manager looked like she just rolled out of bed swet pants and all hair a mess. I use to really enjoy this place but it's a joke now and it was very disappointing. This waxahachie taco bueno lucky to get one star. So now I'm setting at the buffalo wild wings up the road spending my money happily. Thanks again management you need a full make over.!

Sometimes, we really like some quick Tacos, when we're in a hurry. But the Waxahachie location was really dirty. The counter wasn't clean, the soda machine was really messy and we didn't even take any condiments, because that was a big mess. Not even talking about the floors.

Doors were locked with no sign on the window. Found drive through open ordered food for 3 people and was given 1 salsa(slightly larger container than usual) but this Salad is a joke

Posted times are a lie...Went at 1030pm on Monday and place was vacant! See pics below. Food is atleast an 85% chance of being a dissapointment. And that sucks cause muchacos are the best but not really at this location 😔.. Maintenance is not done on outside of building, lights are out, looks really run down and unfortunately the food is the same

Won’t be back. Started out with the cashier Tammy who seemed like she did NOT want to be there. Was very unfriendly in addressing me and did not seem to know the menu well. Then the Apple Pay and credit card machines didn’t work. Before I️ received my food, I️ was told that the rice was old and smelly? So they used different rice. Then they used the wrong meat on the bowl so we had to wait longer for them to make I️t correctly. While eating a worker mopped the floor ever so slowly right next to my friend and I️. Which was just uncomfortable. There was only us in the restaurant but the salsa stand was dirty and missing napkins. The food was alright, but the experience they offer was not good at all. I️ don’t see this restaurant lasting at this location very long.
