This location went Above & Beyond for my family yesterday. We hired a food truck for our Celebration of Life ceremony that decided to no-showed on us. We went into panic mode and decided pizza would be easiest for us, never thinking how hard of a task it would be for the store. We ordered 13 pizzas from them total, 12 were XL and there were only 2 people working! Megan the manager was awesome, she assisted our friend in getting everything ordered with care and empathy. I have been filing my taxes with Delia for several years now and I have never been disappointed. Delia is very friendly and amazing at what she does. She takes the time to make sure everything is correct and explains it all as she goes. I wouldn’t choose to go anywhere else. ~James

For the most part the sales are great. Beware, if you are not a fan of patterned cloths you may want to shop elsewhere. You can however, find all the paisley, stripes, checkerboard, houndstooth, circle and square patterns here! The sales ladies are very professional and courteous. ~Claudette

I always get excellent service at Jackson Hewitt, this year I was able to drop off my items and make an appointment to come back when it was convenient for me. The tax preparer Tamara was very helpful and explained everything I needed to know. I always feel confident and getting my taxes done with Jackson Hewitt in Waxahachie. Was so looking forward to Strawberry Frosty. Could have been fantastic. Instead, horrible, fake, cheap, artificial taste. Do not waste your money. Service at this location is also terrible. Their cash register, suspiciously, does not give out receipts on a regular bases. Making it convenient for employees to over charge and pocket money. I’ve been over charged and manager just shrugs like not her responsibility. Go to a different location and stick with regular frosty. ~Tie
