Young lady was not knowledgeable on products she was very polite and tried to help us. Every reddish brown color I wanted they were out of the products.

Love this shop! I needed help after a hair color change and Kristen was amazing!! I called in advance she told me what I was going to need to fix it and helped me when I arrived! So wonderful and helpful! Thank you for such an awesome experience! I'll be sure to come back.

Wouldnt take back items. We were given by my motherinlaw she said they werent going to take back they items. We dodnt have reciepts because it was a gift. Earlier that week my wife asked if they would and another lady said we could only get store credit. I came in saw a different manager and was immediately told no. I personally would find somewhere else to get product.

I am a former employee, and I highly recommend that you do not work here. They are racist and completely unprofessional. If I were you, and African American, I would avoid this place.

they have no idea what they are doing!!! recommend a hair color to my friend and it did not work. wouldn't give her money back. just plain out rude ladies. Armstrong Mccalls is so much better!!!!!!

I walked in on a Saturday and the store was empty. The two women up front took a couple minutes to finish their conversation before greeting me but whatever. My goal is to get the gray silver hair. I go to the developer and the shelf wasn't stocked with it. I asked the associate if there was anything similar- no but she checked in the back and brought some out. I have THICK HAIR. If you think your hair is think then triple it and you have mine. I told her this and she said two would be enough. I also needed bleach and lo and behold there was only one on the shelf. She again said it would be enough. I get home and guess what? Bleach ran out before my roots were covered, and the two piddly tuber of ion color hardly covered even half my hair, I needed like 6. So clearly not enough. It's Sunday- not sure if Sally's is even open. Im upset because I asked for advice and I wasn't given the consideration and thought that would have taken two extra minutes and saved time and frustration. And stocking the shelves would help too.

I really do jot think this sallys is worth going to. Every time i go in if i ask them a questions i have been told compleat lies. Like if you dont know the answer please just tell me instead of telling me somthing wrong and leading me to seriously messing up my hair :/ ughh.
