This is the dirtiest CVS. They never wipe anything down, and the checkout pads are covered in grime. There’s no way I’d trust these same people to be clean enough to vaccinate me. I was appalled at the layer of dirt around the pharmacy. I mentioned it to the manager but apparently cleaning is not the pharmacy’s problem. I can’t believe I’m saying this but I’m gonna switch my business to Walmart. This place gives me the ick, gross.

This is without a doubt the worst CVS pharmacy I have encountered. Every single month we go through the same issue with my husband’s prescriptions. I place the order with the app AND also call it in and it is never ever ready. This week I decided to just wait an entire week before going in to pick up the order to see if they had figured it out. Alas, that was not the case! When I went through the drive thru the pharmacist said they did not have an order in. Why must we have to endure this level of incompetence? It is very frustrating especially when for a dialysis patient medications are a lifeline. Can someone please give this team training? Who is in charge? Obviously no one… We have had enough and will have to try to find another pharmacy.

My fiancee got his COVID vaccine here along with several COVID tests beforehand, all at this location. We made an appointment online (pretty standard nowadays) and it was pretty quick. Keep the staff you have and hire a few more people to staff the store so people don't have to come here to whine about having to wait during a pandemic.

Good place to get meds, helpful and courteous. They are busy, have to wait. Friendly staff, not the smartest. Drive thru pick up, way to long, this is where having bright people would help. All in all, best pharmacy in my opinion.

Came here on 9/13 vehicles is to the street and I could go forward or backwards because of our vehicles so I sat almost an hour for a prescription pick up. This location is always super slow. I need to change to Walgreens and see if it's better. Better management of the drive through needed desperately.

This location is having some very serious client service issues. On Sunday (8/22) they were taking covid testing people through the prescription pick up line, so no one understood why the line was out into the street. The store manager (Lisa) and the lead pharmacist needs to get someone with some project management skills to get people through the lines both inside and outside the store. Further, proper signage needs to go back out for folks to understand that one line is for covid testing and one line is for prescription pickups. It is a zoo at this location all day, every day. Unacceptable.

Showed up here for a scheduled COVID test. No signage to tell you where to go UNTIL you have sat in the full service pharmacy line, then you’ll see it. Went in to ask what I was supposed to do. Mistakenly asked the sunglasses chick thinking she worked there. She didn’t respond just stared at me stupidly. The clerk overheard me, and was helpful, the only good thing about the trip here today (the only reason for 2 stars instead of 1) So back outside to get in line in the drive through- so poorly planned and ill conceived that you have to let your car hang out into the street and pray you don’t get hit by traffic. When I booked my appointment (for what reason I wonder) all of the appointments in the morning were still available. Even after trying to figure out where to go I was here half an hour early, have been waiting almost 45 min now and I have to finish this test for travel or I’d be gone. Don’t come here if you can avoid it.

Pharmacy always messes up new prescription and change in current prescription meds. For as much money as I pay I would love better friendlier customer service and care.
