They close between 12-2 in the afternoon, which isn’t listed on the website! I struggled to get a huge package inside, just for the extremely rude lady at the door to tell me to leave because she wasn’t helping anyone until after 2 o clock! I will never visit this location again.

Never open during the posted hours. Instead of opening at their.posted hours today, they have a photocopied sign saying today they open at 10.

I was away from my home for few weeks. Then they have delivery notice on my door on Oct 12 stating they will hold my package till november. Tracking stated they have second/final notice, but i never receive or seen any paper whatsover at my door. Called in to Usps saying they only usually hold it for 15 days. Then why would you write the holding time is till november 17th. All of the sudden a week later the package is being returned to sender, called in to this location specifically to request longer holding but no one will ever pickup the phone. Now theyre saying they cant do anything so my package is already returned to sender. Absolutely ridiculous bad service and misinform

Hardly ever open. Constantly hang signs they are closed short staff or taking a two hour lunch break. Who gets a two hour lunch break? They are as competent as the mail servers who deliver your mail to wrong house, wrong street and not at all. Disappointed in the USPS.

Lost a package I mailed that came through there, then lied to me about how long I had to wait to open a missing mail ticket. And it took me a week of calling multiple times a day to even reach someone to get that far.

I send a package to someone local to this post office, and requested signature confirmation. I opened a case after it was delivered to the wrong person, for this post office to tell me it was delivered, and to contact the sender. Again, thank you for delivering the package TO THE WRONG PERSON. The attention to detail was so bad, no wonder this post office only has a 1 star rating. Maybe spend less time on lunch. DO BETTER!!!!!!

I went today to mail a package and learned that they are closed every day from 12-2pm. I understand that folks need to eat lunch and that there are other tasks that they have to do that they may not be staffed enough to do while also serving patrons. That said, I wish this was reflected in their hours online.

Them taking a TWO hour lunch break is crazy. Of course everybody is entitled to their break but 2 hours is insane when you have people that need their packages or other services. Why do t they have staff to rotate & cover during the lunch hour? There’s many other people just like me that only have time to stop there on their lunch break. They’ve gotta find a better way to service the people.

By far the worst customer service. Each time my husband or myself have come to this location we are met with nothing but attitude by the same individual. (Don’t know his name - heavy set older man with terrible tattoos.) Acts as if we are a bother for even being there. Dropped off paper work for the additional service added to our new P.O. Box, which he stated he would take care of and I received an email a week later that the request had expired due to paper work not being sent. We’ve had this box for a month and have not received a stitch of mail. When we asked this same man about it, he handed us a note with a handwritten number saying “delivery supervisor”. Called the number when we left only to find out he gave us their general post office number for their location. Reading thru the other mile long negative reviews of this same indivual, I can tell that nothing at all is being done about this employee. I will no longer conduct business here. Closing my P.O. Box. Unreal.
