Great service, super friendly and extremely helpful. Last year, I inquired about a particular lager from Germany for October fest that they did not carry. Within a week when I return to the store they had stopped this particular brand. S someone without access to any stewards further away I was extremely appreciative of this as I was able to buy what I had not been able to for years. ~R

TD Bank

I would have given it a one star, because on multiple occasions Iā€™ve been treated very rudely by the drive through staff. 1. Itā€™s not always easy to hear what theyā€™re saying, and when I kindly repeat a question for clarity Iā€™m given a smart response thatā€™s very short and snippy followed by ā€˜thatā€™s what I said.ā€™ When you work in customer service, especially in the financial industry youā€™re dealing with a very intimate part of peopleā€™s lives. I had my wallet stolen and had no money and had to rush off of work to get what I could out of my savings. I keep a nice balance in this account and itā€™s my closest bank to me. Even if I kept $1.00 and needed to withdraw that $1.00 I should still be talked to and treated with decency and respect, but regardless I wasnā€™t. This has not happened once or twice but every time I visit the branch. Iā€™m really considering withdrawing my funds and banking with another small bank. I have several bank accounts and have developed relationships with my local branches however this branch is not the warmest, and I dread having to do business with them. Like I said in the beginning I would have given them 1 star but a sweet lady at the front, saved my life and assisted me when no one else would. She was empathetic and kind, and heard me out during one of the scariest times. Losing your wallet with all your financial information is not easy. Iā€™m a person, dealing with another person. But I guess basic manners, let alone compassion is hard to come by now a days. My advice to management is to be sure that whoever you have in a customer facing role, knows how to speak to people in a respectful way. Bad customer service is bad for your brand. Quest Diagnostics Inside New Castle Walmart Store

First let me start off by saying, I tend to get nervous with anything medical (Doctors, Dentist, etc.) I was dreading my appointment to get my blood drawn for a blood panel for the entire week leading up to the appointment. When you get to the office you walk there is a self check in desk where you place your ID to be scanned and Insurance cards and essentially say "hey I'm here" shortly after the woman who runs the clinic called my last name I walked up and I was told to proceed to room #1 at this point I am very nervous and anxious and thinking about how bad the needle will hurt, but as I walk into room #1 and take a seat in the chair to have my blood taken. I look around the room and see various meme printouts (one said something along the lines of "I make people Bleed for a living") they actually gave me a good chuckle and some child drawings which all really brighten up the room and actually felt like this was this woman's home away from home where she puts dedicated work in and it felt like it was also for the patient to feel more comfortable and I would much rather that room than a plain "bare-bones" type of room. There was some light paper work she had to input and scan into the computer (I don't know if there is anything different but mine were blood panel forms) took maybe 3 minutes if that. For when it was time to actually get my blood drawn the process consisted of getting a elastic band on my arm to help make the veins more visible and the area that was going to be drawn from sterilized and she massaged the area around to find the vein and then sticking the vein with the needle which to this point I was freaking out on the inside but she was very warm and welcoming and however she drew my blood it was actually really painless than what other needle sticks I've had in the past (maybe like touching yourself with a pointed pencil lightly) and it really felt like she was doing her best to make me feel comfortable and did a fantastic job and I had no bruising around the area I had blood drawn from (picture below, about an hour after) I had two tubes drawn and it was over with in a minute very quick and painless, very welcoming and I was in and out with in 23 ish minutes. In my opinion the process was the best it could be and they are doing a phenomenal job over there and I couldn't recommended it enough. Thank you for easing my anxiety and making the process as easy, and pain free as possible and giving me a more comfortable feeling regarding medical appointments. :) ~Ian

Dollar General

The prices of the things in the store isn't what rings up the products ring up more than what advertised. The only good thing about that store is some of the people who work there and that's it.And it doesn't matter how many times you call and complain about the prices or about customer service nothing is done a out it and I don't recommend this place to anyone. I give this place a negative rating if I could. ~John

Manor Pharmacy Inc

Purchased a vitamin supplement, label wasn't detail Specific about the contents/ingredients. I didnā€™t notice before purchase. Manor Pharmacy could not provide answers on the contents of the supplement. Since Covid-19 understandably I did not consider a return but Since I had the receipt I asked if I could obtain a store credit, this pharmacy wouldnā€™t even consider it! Representative said ā€œIā€™ve worked here 35 years and we have never given a store creditā€. In my opinion thatā€™s not good customer service! I will not be purchasing again from this store! I advise all customers to go to a chain pharmacyā€¦ at least Walgreens, Rite Aid and other chain pharmacies will know whatā€™s in the products they sell and they provide exceptional customer service! I donā€™t recommend Manor Pharmacy, they obviously do not care about the people they serve. ~Tanya

United States Postal Service

I was away from my home for few weeks. Then they have delivery notice on my door on Oct 12 stating they will hold my package till november. Tracking stated they have second/final notice, but i never receive or seen any paper whatsover at my door. Called in to Usps saying they only usually hold it for 15 days. Then why would you write the holding time is till november 17th. All of the sudden a week later the package is being returned to sender, called in to this location specifically to request longer holding but no one will ever pickup the phone. Now theyre saying they cant do anything so my package is already returned to sender. Absolutely ridiculous bad service and misinform ~John
