Best pharmacy in New Castle, Delaware (DE) 2024

Purchased a vitamin supplement, label wasn't detail Specific about the contents/ingredients. I didn’t notice before purchase. Manor Pharmacy could not provide answers on the contents of the supplement. Since Covid-19 understandably I did not consider a return but Since I had the receipt I asked if I could obtain a store credit, this pharmacy wouldn’t even consider it! Representative said “I’ve worked here 35 years and we have never given a store credit”. In my opinion that’s not good customer service! I will not be purchasing again from this store! I advise all customers to go to a chain pharmacy… at least Walgreens, Rite Aid and other chain pharmacies will know what’s in the products they sell and they provide exceptional customer service! I don’t recommend Manor Pharmacy, they obviously do not care about the people they serve. ~Tanya
