I went in today to get my blood drawn and had the best experience ever! I was helped by Jenn! She was so gentle and I did not feel a thing!

First let me start off by saying, I tend to get nervous with anything medical (Doctors, Dentist, etc.) I was dreading my appointment to get my blood drawn for a blood panel for the entire week leading up to the appointment. When you get to the office you walk there is a self check in desk where you place your ID to be scanned and Insurance cards and essentially say "hey I'm here" shortly after the woman who runs the clinic called my last name I walked up and I was told to proceed to room #1 at this point I am very nervous and anxious and thinking about how bad the needle will hurt, but as I walk into room #1 and take a seat in the chair to have my blood taken. I look around the room and see various meme printouts (one said something along the lines of "I make people Bleed for a living") they actually gave me a good chuckle and some child drawings which all really brighten up the room and actually felt like this was this woman's home away from home where she puts dedicated work in and it felt like it was also for the patient to feel more comfortable and I would much rather that room than a plain "bare-bones" type of room. There was some light paper work she had to input and scan into the computer (I don't know if there is anything different but mine were blood panel forms) took maybe 3 minutes if that. For when it was time to actually get my blood drawn the process consisted of getting a elastic band on my arm to help make the veins more visible and the area that was going to be drawn from sterilized and she massaged the area around to find the vein and then sticking the vein with the needle which to this point I was freaking out on the inside but she was very warm and welcoming and however she drew my blood it was actually really painless than what other needle sticks I've had in the past (maybe like touching yourself with a pointed pencil lightly) and it really felt like she was doing her best to make me feel comfortable and did a fantastic job and I had no bruising around the area I had blood drawn from (picture below, about an hour after) I had two tubes drawn and it was over with in a minute very quick and painless, very welcoming and I was in and out with in 23 ish minutes. In my opinion the process was the best it could be and they are doing a phenomenal job over there and I couldn't recommended it enough. Thank you for easing my anxiety and making the process as easy, and pain free as possible and giving me a more comfortable feeling regarding medical appointments. :)

Supposed to be open but, it was closed!! Walmart staff has no infotmation about them but "They rent that space".

The store hours say 7 a.m. to 4 p.m.. but they don't go buy those. They leave when they feel like it I guess. I came 20 minutes before close and she turned the sign right in front of me and walked out the door. I mean, at least she said have a nice day.

I was locked out, nobody even knows if they are working. The door says the we will be back by 12, but now it’s 1 pm. Their call center and automated system is just worst, I called multiple times and call gets dropped abruptly and keep repeating their address. I would never suggest quest.

Of all the times that I have checked in to get routine blood work or a COVID test, the various staff members that have treated me were excellent. They were very prompt, and friendly. I appreciate the patience they had for me on one occasion when I was having my thyroid levels measured, and the forms that my doctor´s office claimed to have faxed had in fact not been faxed. The staff were patient as the forms were then in fact faxed to them.
