WHO!!!!, would've ever thought, getting a toe xray could be soooo fulfilling! This Labcorp location & it's ENTIRE STAFF, from reception to goodbye was friendly, professional, energetic (even at 30 minutes til closing)!! I couldn't have asked for a better experience!

Horrible experience and worst location for pediatric services. I brought my 10 months old son for lab work because the website said they provide pediatric services. They were not sure if they would be able to find his veins. They attempted to draw blood twice and were unsuccessful at drawing required amount of blood. Finally they said take him to A.I. Dupont children’s hospital. I could tell that lady had no experience with infants. She used regular needle to make her attempts for small veins instead of small butterfly needle. She swivels it back and forth looking for vein. Needless to say, my son was wailing and I could barely contain my anger from the torture he was experiencing. I am angry because I did nothing. Please don’t take babies to this worst location.

Great staff and clean facility. Everyone is very polite and quick and neither technician bruised me! I am someone that gets dizzy when giving blood and They were accommodating and talked me through the many vials they needed to take. This is my new Labcorp and I recommend!

Sat in the waiting room for a half hour only to be told I wasn't in the system because LabCorp has decided rather than staff someone at the front desk to go with a cheap kiosk that doesn't work. Multiple people sitting there not in the system, what a waste of time funny. I won't come here again Save yourself some time and aggravation and go somewhere else!

This was the quickest I've ever gotten in and out of a LabCorp. The people there were very polite and friendly. If you make an appointment online it makes the kiosk process easy and quick.

This review is specific to their care for their pediatric patients. I brought my 10-month old son to this location to have lab work done because the website specifically said they provide pediatric services. When we arrived and the worker saw my son, she questioned his age and recommended that I take him to A.I. Dupont Children's Hospital because they weren't sure if they would be able to find his veins. I took off work to have his labs done and I would not have scheduled an appointment with them at all if the website didn't indicate they provided pediatric services. Rescheduling at a different lab would be very inconvenient. They attempted to draw blood twice and were unsuccessful at drawing the required amount of blood. I now have to take another day off to get his lab work completed at A.I. Dupont Children's Hospital. The only reason I gave them a 2 instead of a 1 was because of the pleasant demeanor of the phlebotomist.

The staff is unfriendly and very unprofessional. The nurse who took my blood said she wasn’t confident in taking my blood because of my difficult veins, and did nothing to settle my nerves. Another worker came in to the bay during the time I was getting my blood drawn and started throwing office supplies away and said she didn’t care because she doesn’t have to pay for them. They weren’t sure about one of my tests that were ordered and were yelling back and forth through the office about it, not confidential at all. I told them my name was misspelled on my paperwork and they didn’t change it. I will not be coming back to this location.

The ladies here are friendly and you can get in and out quickly, so long as you make an appointment before hand. If you walk in without an appointment, don't be surprised when you have to wait. They can do walk ins but it's easier to just schedule your time beforehand.

Completely ignorant and clueless staff that don't know anything about healthcare, nonetheless HIPAA laws!!!! They will carelessly call out your blood test or whatever loudly in front of other clients. They are rude and consistently complain about working. They will take lunch break longer than what is stated on the door and website, which means their lunch is more important than appointments that were made. I went to this location twice because I decided to give it a second chance. I had an appointment set and they still made me wait 30 minutes before I was called. Once I did get called I was pricked multiple times before the phlebotomist finally was able to draw blood. Save your time and sanity by going to LapCorp on Main Street or in People's Plaza.
