Best quest I’ve been too. I’ve been trying for weeks to get my blood word done at my local quest to no avail. And this location went above and beyond to make it happen. I showed up late to my appointment (traffic) and then i find out they didn’t receive my order from my physician. I was able to get my dr to fix it over and quest was still able to get everything completed in time for the 9am cutoff of my specific test. I will travel the extra 30 minutes to this location from her on. They did an excellent job

What they don’t tell you on their website is that you have to make an appointment or you’ll have to wait in an empty waiting room for hours.

Intake gentleman was not able to pull up my doctor in system, even with paper order right in front of him. He appeared to get frustrated and started sighing, lol. No patience at all. Have not had any issues with any other QD in my many years until today. No worries will stick to my main QD moving forward. Only chose this location as it was on my way to my job.

Staff needs Customer service people skills, not friendly, standoffish. Maybe they need a boss over their shoulder. Took my husband there for bloodwork. An ethnic man brused his arm up, black & blue. Couldn't find his vein. Mercy, it was horrible. No-one should have to go thru this treatment! We will, Never go here again! As a matter of fact he showed go back thru training or get fired!

I have not had bloodwork done in a really long time. I was happy that this location had Saturday hours bc of my work schedule. I am very paranoid of shots and bloodwork and I have passed out in the past. Lisa made me feel very comfortable and did not hurt me at all. I hope she is always there when I have to get bloodwork. She is the best and made me feel at ease

The Staff was extremely rude. No one greeted you or helped direct you. One customer wasn't wearing a mask at all and no one said anything to him, part of my nose bridge was visible and they told me if I didn't cover my face I'd have to wait outside, what?!? The maximum waiting room occupancy says 5 people, yet they allowed 8 people to enter. I couldn't sit comfortably because of test type, I chose to stand, in front of my chair, they told me I could not do that, if I didn't want to sit in waiting area, I could go sit in my car and they'd call or text me within 2hrs, what?!? Would never voluntarily come here for any testing!!! Have been waiting currently for 30mins, they've called everyone who was here when I arrived and are now calling people who've just walked in, not appts. Again, very rude.!!!

I've been going to this location for 4 years. Lisa always takes care of me. She was the only one on duty and at least 4 people waiting. She is always professional with an easy going manner, an infectious smile, and a sense of humor. Companies would be lucky to have half of Lisa's traits. Good job Lisa!!

I had a great experience today. Miss Moe was the technician whom helped me today. Miss Moe had 5 star bedside manners! Honestly when I walked in I was “greeted” by a grumpy lady who pointed to the checkin box in the next cubical. It was an automatic bad impression BUT because of the exceptional service I had today all thanks to Miss Moe I give this place 5 stars and will definitely return if needed for future blood work. And I will also add, I highly recommend Quest to move the check in box to the first cubical next to the entrance vs having a tech sitting there, it simply doesn’t make sense. And I also confide in her frustration... I watched a lady walk in and wave a bag above her desk with a pee sample in it asking where to check in.

I walked in a hour before closing without an appointment. The tech (Lisa) was incredible and managed to not only register all the customers, but took their blood as well. Very nice, very qualified and no pain! Highly recommend.
