The inside service is great and for the most part so are the carriers. 3 stars because the small percentage of sticky fingers ruin the place so make sure your stuff is insured.

This location always seems short staffed and everyone is extremely rude. Multiple times I've been here and no one has followed Covid-19 safety measures and the customer services is always passive aggressive.

The front desk staff inside are great but I had a package stating delivered to my mail box at a time where i was literally in my drive way but no carrier even drove by my house at the time they say it was delivered. Still no package..

I understand this in the aftermath of Ida, but the mail truck has driven by my house three days now, not delivering my mail. I have a package in their possession, and they claim it is undeliverable to my address. For any of the other issues I have had with this post office, I cannot say anything better than they are lazy and incompetent here. I long after the day there's a viable private option to USPS, and I have been a supporter of their services in the past but no longer. I miss Dan who worked there, as he always gave excellent service and was very nice.

I don't understand the bad reviews of this substation. The staff is always very nice and helpful. 4 stars because they offer limited supplies compared to the main office and no passport service. Otherwise a 5 star operation.

I always have a great experience at this Post Office. All the staff are very courteous and helpful. I've never had any issues with them at all and this is my honest opinion.

ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE!!!! went to pick my mail up and 7 packages missing 1 being a laptop. 1 hour after leaving I get call from random lady that was given 2 of my packages. Not even close same po box!!! Didn't even scan befire just GIVING HER MY MAIL. I've filed a complaint online as they are not open today. WHY WOULD ANYONE ELSE BE GIVEN MY MAIL.

Carrier won’t deliver most of the packages but will put a notice in your box for you to pick them up! Really!!!! Then why have a carrier at all. Now the carrier has left another notice on a Thursday... didn’t bother to stop to see that I signed for a redelivery...nor delivered my package (less than 1lb) drove right by.... this is Saturday! This is a continuous issue with this carrier. Yes I have spoken to the post master on multiple occasions... excuse is the carrier needs to retire and they have many many complaints. Then why is the carrier still there if there are many issues. I refuse to go pick up my packages. They get paid to deliver first class mail, yet if you have my carrier, they apparently don’t have to. Doesn’t seem the office is ensuring packages are not being left at the office.

I love this post office. The staff has always been very helpful and friendly. They check for the truck if I missed a delivery and want to pick up that day (and give me an idea when it is usually in, if not already there). Quick and easy to send packages

AWFUL. The post office is NOT what it used to be. I have had a package delivered to the wrong address TWICE. The first time, the people at the wrong address brought the package to the post office, AFTER opening it by the way, which is weird; anyway, the post office called me since my phone number was on the outside of the package. It was very inconvenient but at least I was able to get my package. The second time it was delivered to the wrong address and it took days to actually locate, the people at the wrong address brought my package to the post office, and instead of the post office calling me or trying to deliver my package to the right address, they returned it to sender. I never even got to see my package! LUCKILY it was not something I needed by a certain date. Otherwise I would have been even more furious than I already was. Oh and on that same day that my second package was supposed to be delivered to me, we found another package in the STREET, for someone at a completely different address. I have already called and complained and after being told I would be called back, I decided to go up there instead and complain in person, which obviously was a complete waste of time. What brought me to write a review today, since it is Sunday and I cannot call and waste more of my time to complain, is that my MARRIAGE LICENSE was delivered to the wrong address yesterday. An important document, and it never made it to my mailbox. At least it was delivered next door. and to good people who made sure it got returned to us. I just cannot understand how a post office can take the importance of mail so lightly. it is SCARY. We actually have a locking mailbox so that no one can reach in and steal our mail, but I guess it was a complete waste of money since our mail never even seems to make it to us at all! I will call and complain til I am blue in the face, getting numbers to people in higher authority and complaining to them, I am not going to sit back and wait for something of higher value or something that jeopardizes our personal information or security to end up in the wrong hands.
