My husband paid for delivery confirmation of a package but it was never delivered. Two weeks later he went to the post office and the package was still sitting on a shelf. He overheard an employee saying "what are we supposed to do about it?" I supposed they should have done their job. They want to keep the post office opened so they could keep their jobs but they don't want to do their jobs. Pitiful !

I have been trying to reach out, I paid over $70 for a over night INSURED package for my business to a client. The package arrived MID JANUARY! The perishable items were ruined and stale!! Then when I filed to get the funds back they denied my claim!! This was horrible for my business and my client was very upset!! If I could give zero stars I would. I think ups will be my go to from now on.

I got a post office box at this location because a year ago, soon after the start of the COVID-19 pandemic hit the U.S., some masked perps broke into the 50-or-so-box bank that includes my mailbox in my trailer park. I conversed with the manager of the trailer park about it several times, the latest time she had stated that they were waiting for the post office to repair it. I then asked the clerk at the post office when they were going to repair the mail boxes, & her reply was that they were waiting on the trailer park management to repair it. So now I have to unnecessarily pay $60 every 6 months for having a post office box so that I can receive my mail without having to wait in line. Then for the last 2 days, I've been trying to reach someone at this post office over the phone concerning a package for me that they are holding onto that has postage due. They won't allow me to pay the measly 62-cent fee & insists that the sender needs to pay the postage due. I guess they're just gonna let that package rot in the post office because they have yet -- as far as I know -- to return it to the sender. I'm not one who enjoys telling people how to do their jobs, but this post office is the worst-run post office I've ever had the displeasure of having to deal with. Every time I got there to mail a package, there is only one clerk available to help customers -- whether or not there's 1 person in line or there's 20 people in line. This has got to be fixed. Us customers pay good money for USPS services & we demand to get our money's worth.

Omg, the neighbors and I want to draw up petitions. This is the worst postal service and it starts with bad management to the bad delivery drivers. If they don't want to get out of vehicle to deliver your package, you will get it when they feel like or in some cases not at all. When you see on camera the mail lady did not stop at your mailbox, the management covers for the thieving drivers, saying packages delivered. 4 of us next to each other have cameras on our mailboxes and they want to say our packages were delivered but stolen. We put cameras up because we don't trust drivers and then the manager at Post Office defends them and doesn't care about the truth. Look at all the reviews

Said package was out for delivery we waited all day, got letters no package checked status said attempted to deliver at 7:40. Mail had passed hours before. When you call said couldn't find location, but yet the other mail was delivered. 11 yr old autistic child been waiting a week for his birthday present , the day comes for it nothing. I was afraid of not getting it from the sender not the post office smh.

Went to the Post office at 12:00pm on A Saturday , June 13 , 2020. The worker and a men that dont even work there said that they close at 12pm now . Meanwhile the website and every other post office in Baton Rouge close at 12:30pm meaning they closed 30mins early to talk to one another. Lordy , im tired of this post office , they need professional and better workers here.

Mail man/women doesn't take the time to read the address on the package!! Just puts it at anyone door. This will be package #3 that I have to hunt down because the one that should be delivering the mail as well as packages is too incompetent to just deliver your package at the correct address!!!!

I have a camera, no package was dropped off and they swear they left package. My neighbor caught mail lady driving away with his after she marked packaged dropped off. He was sitting outside. The post office is so bad, they lose you mail and will not return calls. You have to report them to higher Post Office for them to act like they care.

Worst service on the planet and zero accountability. Packages are constantly delayed, misplaced, or not delivered at all. If the phone isn’t off the hook- it just rings and rings when you try to call for assistance. If someone does answer they are rude and careless. Baton Rouge has the worst USPS in the United States.

They deliver multiple address to my home on the same day, none of which are my address. They claim they attempt to deliver and have never been by. I know bc I spend a great deal of time on my porch and my children were outside when said attempt was made. The man who answered my call last night was rude and the phone is always busy when the manager is supposed to be there... My tracking stated that my package was handed to me at 7:50am this morning and I was home and never got it??
