I’ve had an acceptable experience at this post office maybe 33% of the time. Most times, the employees are either very rude, moving overly slow, or gone home early for the day. One time, they yelled at a customer and refused to serve him because he wanted to send “too many letters.”

I am very very upset with this lady from the post office today is Thursday and I had an appointment at 1:45 I’ve been here since 125 no one is here at the post office taking care of the customers with complain and the young lady said she was on break she will be back until 230 so it’s been over an hour and my appointment for 145 for my passport I have to reschedule because of this young lady very rude with the customers and no ethics of customer service. what they need to do is get a replacement for this young lady she’s very rude and noxious I lost my passport appointment because of her supposedly on break for over an hour this is ridiculous.

This location was not open at 10am. I had an appointment for a passport photo and arrived on-time as instructed. The woman behind the counter yelled at me and did not even let me ask questions about my appointment as she clearly was opening late. -5 stars, get your operation in order.

Went for passport appointment today to find note on the outside door saying all appointments have been canceled due to short staffing. I agree with others comments on here maybe take this place off the schedule if there is not enough staff.

Even though they are making appointments online for passports they are not doing it at this moment. Do not waist your time going here for a passport! Awful lady with horrible attitude just not wanting to work!!!

I made an appointment for 3:15 to apply for a passport, only to show up at 3:10 to see a sign that said "All passport appointments after noon are cancelled." Now they had my contact info and I did not receive any calls or emails.

I went to the post office for passport appointment and felt like I was in the twilight zone. The employee took a break during my appointment time and upon her return she was belligerent, arrogant and verbally aggressive. I’ve never felt the need to formally complain but after today, I will be finding a way to file a formal complaint of against an employee. It was the most insane experience I’ve ever had and all in front of my child. Completely unacceptable and the post office needs to do better with the management of this facility.

I scheduled an appointment for a Passport Photo and to submit my paper work only to find a note on the door when I arrived 'No passports today, no employee available. Reschedule.' I'm not going to blame the staff but maybe take the office off the website that schedules these appointments.

Made an appointment for Wednesday at 11 am for my baby & I. I received a call at 9am that morning from the office stating that I have to reschedule because no one will be in the office at the time of my appointment. I was asked to come in at 9 am the next day. Although they are suppose to open at 8:30, when I arrived at 8:50, the full service area was closed. It is now 9:30am and no one has arrived still!

It have read the negative reviews about the employees in this post office and I have to say I didn't have that kind of experience. I went in to have a passport picture taken and to submit for a new passport. The women who work there were pleasant and prompt. It was an enjoyable experience.
