Working with ASC moving was definitely the best decision. It was the best move I’ve ever had. The movers were efficient, mindful and responsive. There were no surprise charges-the bill came in very close to the estimate. I will definitely use them for my next move.

I used this service on October 9th, 2020 and I would NOT recommend using them. The manager (who is very courteous and professional) has no authority over the movers who lack integrity and professionalism. The movers did arrive at my residence on time at 8:00 AM, and although they carried a very pungent aroma of marijuana and the lead mover did NOT WEAR A MASK, they assessed what needed to be moved and got right to work. After a couple of hours they let me know they would be taking a short break and that “by the way” they wouldn’t be able to move my son’s mattress, and that they would have to inspect my bedroom furniture before being able to load it. My son’s bedroom had bed bugs over a year ago and his mattress had been protected by a bed bug encasement so the mattress itself was brand new and totally devoid of any markings or evidence that any bed bug had ever touched it. They knew that because they took the time to remove the encasement before telling me they couldn’t take it. They tell me then that it’s their policy. Okay, if it’s your policy not to move furniture in a home that ever had bed bugs, why touch the encasement? I digress. He then asked if he could have an end table I was throwing away, I said he could help himself. He then inspects my bedroom (which has never had bed bugs) and says he can’t tell so he’s not even moving my furniture. (After knocking on it and asking if it was real granite, and if it was still this heavy after I’d removed everything) I have white linens and it would be VERY easy to see if any bed bugs were ever present. I reminded him that he said he would inspect the furniture and take it if there was no evidence. My furniture is the heaviest in the house and it had to go. He called his supervisor and then told me that his supervisor will only let him move everything but my bed and started to take apart the dresser to move it, so I asked to speak to the supervisor. The supervisor calls me and tells me IT IS NOT HIS CALL, but it is UP TO THE MOVER. So the mover is a liar. While I tried to explain to the mover the extent I went through to ensure that there were no bed bugs present (because I didn’t want the chance of taking them to my new house) he cursed at me, raised his voice, talked over me and all in front of my child. He then said no moving company would move my furniture (untrue...how does he think I got there?) and started to clear out. He sent the other mover up to do my walk through. I asked about the dresser and chest that he said he would take and he said he wasn’t taking it. As I asked him about what he said, he turned and walked out. While I was MID- WORD. I called the supervisor back and told him what happened. He called the mover and he denied ever telling me that he would move the rest of my furniture. ANOTHER LIE! If he didn’t plan to move my dresser, why take it apart? And if everything in my home was so infested, WHY WOULD YOU WANT TO TAKE MY TABLE HOME? The supervisor apologized but repeated there’s nothing he can do. He can only ask the movers to do what they’re “comfortable” doing. Excuse me? So if they’re comfortable lying to customers, that’s okay? The supervisor however, was very professional and did make some adjustments to my final bill. Not enough to make up for the hour that all this confusion took place while they were on the clock, but it was still something. I would never use a company again that allows their employees to act like owners and treat customers however they want. I also mentioned the mover not wearing a mask and he told me not to worry because they visit a nursing home weekly so they have to get tested. ??? The crew lead was in good shape, a beast, and the one responsible for doing most of the furniture assembly and he was awesome, but I think it would be more efficient for the other guys to be up to par as well. As with any moving team there's always that one semi dangerous knucklehead you have to watch to make sure they don't hurt them self or damage your property. The guys worked hard and were burnt afterwards:) The owner was pleasant to work with from the quote process to adjusting the charges based on circumstances involving the move. Thanks ASC. This Team knows how to get it done! I needed to move 2200 sq ft of property and as soon as I called this company, they were 100% on-board in helping me to get it done. Under the circumstances, they sent out an expert to evaluate the moving needs the morning of the move. He identified the exact number of employees, the type of trucks needed, and accurately projected how long it would take to get the job done. Amazingly they got it done in 9.5 hours. All of the guys were professional, courteous, and worked so efficiently by making the most of every minute they were working for us. I highly recommend this company for anyone's moving needs and I would definitely use them again if needed!!

When booking the move and getting the estimate the man I spoke to was really nice and I was quoted an affordable rate. When the movers arrived they were so unorganized. One of my movers was great and moved at a really fast speed whereas the other mover complained that he could not move anything because it was to heavy. He took several beverage breaks within the first hour of moving and seemed to be more concerned with talking. ( I do live on the 3rd floor and it was super hot that day but he had barely moved anything)When we arrived at the move in location they stratched up the walls and when I bought it to there attention I was told it was impossible because they didn’t move anything black. I moved into new construction so I know the walls weren’t damaged. Then they forget items at the move out location They did return to get them without an additional charge to me. They did not put the items back together so I was left to put a crib and bed frame together. I wouldn’t use them again but if your looking for an affordable rate and you are prepared to stay on top of them while they are moving Go for it

One of my movers was great and moved at a really fast speed whereas the other mover complained that he could not move anything because it was to heavy. He took several beverage breaks within the first hour of moving and seemed to be more concerned with talking. ( I do live on the 3rd floor and it was super hot that day but he had barely moved anything)When we arrived at the move in location they stratched up the walls and when I bought it to there attention I was told it was impossible because they didn’t move anything black. I moved into new construction so I know the walls weren’t damaged. Then they forget items at the move out location They did return to get them without an additional charge to me. They did not put the items back together so I was left to put a crib and bed frame together. I wouldn’t use them again but if your looking for an affordable rate and you are prepared to stay on top of them while they are moving Go for it

Under the circumstances, they sent out an expert to evaluate the moving needs the morning of the move. He identified the exact number of employees, the type of trucks needed, and accurately projected how long it would take to get the job done. Amazingly they got it done in 9.5 hours. All of the guys were professional, courteous, and worked so efficiently by making the most of every minute they were working for us. I highly recommend this company for anyone's moving needs and I would definitely use them again if needed!!

When booking the move and getting the estimate the man I spoke to was really nice and I was quoted an affordable rate. When the movers arrived they were so unorganized.
