This establishment is a joke and extremely unprofessional. They leave paid DoorDash orders unattended for anyone to take. I went to the store because DoorDash didn’t pick up more than half of my order, the manager says there is nothing she can do that I’ll have to reorder and repay for my order. Getting a lemonade with the mango bubbles the lady making it got an attitude when i said it didn’t look like i had and mango bubbles. They didn’t put any topping on my hoagie that i asked for, they are rude and disrespectful

by FAR my least favorite wawa. cashiers specifically in the morning are incredibly slow. mobile ordering is pointless here as it still won't be ready when you get there and they'll ask you to pick it out yourself regardless. no atm. better off driving an extra mile down the road to go to the big wawa on limestone w the gas station.

First off i come up to the register with 8 drinks and pay , me expecting a bag find out after payi g they are usi g the reusable bags and you have to pay .25 $ for them that cost wasnt the problem they didnt even ask me during my purchase. Next iasked if my food was do e gave them my order they said they were working on it. I was waiti g there 10 minutes and then the guy asked me sir what is your number , oh its over here. They didnt even call out my number. They are poorly set up and should be more respomsive more informative and better managed. I would not suggest this store unless there is no other choice.

I’ve been coming to this store for years now and I must say it’s definitely gotten a lot better. The store looks much cleaner and tidier. I order a lot of food items and I’m always happy with my orders, whoever makes the burritos A+

This Wawa is a 24 hour, all-day, everyday convenience store in Wilmington, DE on Linden Hill Road. If you don’t know it’s there you won’t find it. It’s one of Wawa’s small stores with less offerings than their fully equipped gas station stores. No restroom. They offer freshly brewed coffee, freshly made salads, sandwiches and beverages. (If they don’t sell gas, there’s usually no restroom. They sell cigarettes and some vapes. This is a back up Wawa for me. It’s very small and run down. Even though it’s not dirty, it looks like it.

I started working right down the street from this WAWA about 4 months ago and I go here daily for coffee or sandwiches. The mobile app lets more order ahead for some items so there is literally no wait time. I walk in and a sandwich or breakfast bowl is waiting for me. I have never had a bad experience. The staff behind the make order counter are on point even when it is busy.

..."we've never met a Wawa we didn't like"; that being said, most of the originals are being repurposed to other businesses, and now, almost all of them are good for filling the tank and draining the family. Any food or family beverages that are carried are ready to fulfill your wants and needs. They are doing quite well with the necessary protocols that are in place for these times...

I went there today to get my vuse pods, as usual, and was given the wrong kind. I went back in 30 seconds after leaving and noticing they were the wrong pods, the cashier admitted they were the wrong kind, and said he just needed a manager to refund my money. The supervisor, Jeff, refused to, and said he was not allowed. So I contacted corporate, and was told managers ARE allowed to at their own discretion. Apparently, being given the wrong pods by the cashier does not constitute a refund according to Jeff.

Hands down the worst sandwich I've ever gotten. I love this Wawa, grew up on it to be honest. This is my first review ever, but seriously the cheese isn't melted at all and the meat is ice cold. It's a Monday Wawa, you're not that busy. I'm looking at this sandwich and become more sad as every second goes by. What the ****? Lucky I like cigarettes or I'd never be back.
