Normally this Wawa is nice and very convenient for me because it is so close to my house, but recently I am fed up with the level of quality I have been receiving. Tonight I received a quesadilla with wax paper cooked into it, which is a serious choking hazard, and I could’ve died!!! (I have serious trauma regarding a family member that choked to death) I should’ve got a full refund that was the worst wawa experience of my life‘s entirety. I did not get the names of the men that cooked the paper into my quesadilla, but it was order number 272 placed at about 7 PM on October 26, 2022. I would also like to mention that the wait time was about 25 minutes, and there were only three people working on staff. This experience was just extremely disappointing and I don’t see myself ever going back to this Wawa.

the light skin girl up front with the braids & long broken nails has a horrible attitude. she needs to be fired asap! rolling her eyes and slamming stuff , sighing when a customer walks up. go work at mcdoanlds or something

Ordered online a turkey bacon ranch salad when it came home there was no cheese and no bacon on not one but both salads.pay all this money an don't even get what we ordered.

Ordered delivery thru a service. Order was missing the soup, so someone didnt get their lunch. Also ordered a bubble drink and no straw was included. They also did not include utensils & napkins as requested. This isnt the first time something was left off the order. I amgiving three stars bc the food we did get was tasty.

...since stopping 24hr service has actually DECREASED with a noticeable major attitude. COVID handling has been pathetic because of the awkward counter layout so at busy times it's even more frustrating. This used to be a great store, yet another causality to changing times..

In and out quickly and efficiently even though it was busy. The parking lot seems to really confuse or fluster some folks. Have been a customer since back when they had a comic book rack and a Donkey Kong Jr machine in the front.

This one is OK for not having gas. Quick stop shop and out. It's not bad at all. Just smaller and doesn't have gas. Still a good grab and go.

They always give the wrong orders. I ordered 3 bagels and they gave one not toasted when I clearly put toasted and they put 2 bagels in one bag. And another time I ordered a bagel and they gave me a biscuit

The store looked like a tornado blew through! It needed some MAJOR HELP in the "cleaning and stocking department". Also, they were OUT of MANY Deli items. Register service is ALWAYS slow here, too. No one knows who ANY of the "Managers" (i.e GM, Assistants) because you NEVER SEE THEM.

I am a 7 day a week customer and this is by far the worst store in the company, it is improving but has a long way to go, when a fountain soda is empty it can sometimes be 24 to 48 hours until it's fixed, my biggest issue is when employees complain about there job in front of customers and having extremely in appropriate side conversations, my 11 year old daughter doesn't need to hear about last nights "booty call". However some of the employees are really great, it's 5 minutes from my house but I will sometimes go 15 minutes north on Philadelphia pike to go to the better Wawa
