I recently started using DZire after Tina was recommended for SNS. And she really is wonderful. However, this time, after two days, my thumb nail cracked in half. I called to tell them I needed to swing in to get it fixed. They asked if I could come another day, unfortunately with my job, I can't. She let me make an appointment and then called back and said no, they could not get me in. I told the receptionisn't how disappointing that was, that I had already paid and this is something that needs to be fixed before it rips my actual nail. She got mad at me for not understanding they were too busy and told me she hopes whatever is making me unhappy changes. I honestly don't even know what that means. Extremely disappointed and will not be back. Service: Dip powder

I have gotten my nails done here over 20 times. Today I was treated with such disrespect by the staff, sadly specifically by the two women that I choose to do my nails Sandy and Lois. I walked in to see if I could get a broken nail fixed as I just had gotten them done on Tuesday. I was told there was no availability due to being short staffed and to come back tomorrow. Okay, so I left. I turned around to come back in to see if I could look what the sns color was. I waited until they had helped all their other customers and then said “Hey Lois can I just look in the bin to find what the the nail color was.” No answer. So I said the exact thing to Sandy. No answer. Looked again at Lois and repeated myself. She looked up at me didn’t say anything and then looked back down and started to speak under her breath in her native dialect. Meanwhile during all of this all the customers hear me and are looking directly at me knowing how uncomfortable the whole exchange is and one of them even gives me a smile of encouragement. I wasn’t asking anyone to stop what they were doing, I was just asking for permission to look through their bins of sns and not rudely help myself to it. Finally I assume the manager comes over and politely helps me find the color and I thank him and leave. I was too embarrassed at the time, but called back when I got home to explain to the manager what happened and how It made me feel. He did apologize and said he would talk to his staff. He noted Lois was asking him to come over and help me, but it would have been nice for her to acknowledge me and say she would have someone help me and not just leave me awkwardly standing there. This isn’t the first time something like this has happened, but this nail place is down the street and it’s hard to find someone that can even do just an okay job on your nails. I’ve had the receptionist make feel bad for making an appointment at 1 pm because they wanted to lever early that day. While getting my nails done that time, I watched her do the same thing to another customer. I’ve made an appointment and had to wait over 45 mins for my nail tech to get to me because they overbook themselves. The professionalism is lacking at this nail salon, thus I’ve decided to no longer return. When I pay for a service, I expect to be treated with respect.

Pedicure was good, needs more massage pressure and on the bottom of feet. At the time at the salon I thought the polish looked good from far away. I get home and look at my toes and it looks like a child polished them. I get my feet done to have a relaxing experience and trust my nail tech will do things correctly. Needs to be detailed oriented. Nancy is nice but needs more training and don’t just throw the polish on. Especially if I just paid good money + tip. Service: Pedicure

Awful experience. I came for mani/pedi, with an appointment. It took 2 hours! They did a nice pedicure but ran out of time for my mani, just removed my acrylics. They didn't file or buff my nails or trim cuticles, BUT still charged me for a full manicure. Sent me home looking ragged and said there was nothing they could do. They asked me to come back another day, I don't have time for that.

Best service, quick and efficient. LOVED my nails, so many color options, offers beverages. Some places I will take ~1-2 hours total there, I was in and out in 40 minutes my fiancé couldn’t believe I was home with my nails done so fast and they were BEAUTIFUL!

Horrible! This place is terrible and I would not recommend to anyone. I was very disappointed and dismayed with my manicure. All the the nail polish on both hands was smudged, streaks, clunky and cracked at the end of each cuticles. This was less than 24 hours. I went into the salon to request a refund since I did not want another pedicure and it's my choice to accept the service or not just as it it theirs. I did not feel by redoing the manicure it was going to be look any better and why should I waste my time when it should be done right the first time. I did not have time to spend 1 hour or more for another horrible pedicure. They did offer a refund but 40% of the pedicure which was a joke. I should have been fully refunded. Another reason not to recommend they have a no refund policy but offered 40 %. There is no refund policy listed anywhere! Unacceptable and very poor customer service. Good luck to those who have a similar experience. Some of the review are great but likely from loyal customers or those that have regular technicians. Unfortunately, this was not my experience. Love this place! Tina is the best. I have been able to grow my natural nails with SNS dip, having something to protect them keeps me from messing w them. Tina does an awesome job w shape and attention to detail, which is very important to me!! I have been coming here for years. The front desk folks are always super helpful and sweet. Can’t recommend enough :)

I've gone here maybe 5/6 times over a 3 year span. Yesterday I went & got the $35 middle range pedi - she did a fantastic job on my sadly neglected toes. I think they got new chairs. Tons of colors to choose from. Always have had a good experience here.
