Best nail salon in Austin, Texas (TX) 2024

The woman who did my pedicure worked so quickly that it wasn't even a good job! I got the "Best" pedicure and she did everything in 25 minutes!! I've gotten a basic pedicure at City nails that lasts nearly an hour and they are so thorough. I came in last and was done first. How is that??? Will not return!!! ~Denise

I absolutely adore this nail salon. Their prices are very reasonable and their techs do excellent work. The shop is incredibly clean and bright as well. During my most recent visit, there was a color mix up between gel numbers and dip numbers. When I noticed and showed the tech the color I had actually wanted, they fixed it with 0 complaints and no extra charge. Will return again soon! ~Sarah

This was my first time getting a color and cut at Serendipity. Lisa was so friendly and I felt very welcome. She listened to my requests and delivered. She is great and I would highly recommend. :) ~Carrie

Pedicure was good, needs more massage pressure and on the bottom of feet. At the time at the salon I thought the polish looked good from far away. I get home and look at my toes and it looks like a child polished them. I get my feet done to have a relaxing experience and trust my nail tech will do things correctly. Needs to be detailed oriented. Nancy is nice but needs more training and don’t just throw the polish on. Especially if I just paid good money + tip. Service: Pedicure ~Erica
