Best spa in Austin, Texas (TX) 2024

I absolutely adore this nail salon. Their prices are very reasonable and their techs do excellent work. The shop is incredibly clean and bright as well. During my most recent visit, there was a color mix up between gel numbers and dip numbers. When I noticed and showed the tech the color I had actually wanted, they fixed it with 0 complaints and no extra charge. Will return again soon! ~Sarah

Jonathan is one of the most unprofessional massage therapists I’ve ever had. You pay for an hour massage and end up with barely 40 minutes because he shows up 15 minutes late and doesn’t go beyond the end time. He’s inappropriate and won’t stop talking during what should be a relaxing time. If he wasn’t making inappropriate comments, he would makes comments about my health and how I’m not doing this or not doing that and need to do more of this and more of that. Such a little man with such a big ego. I’d give him zero stars if I could. Even the front desk staff knew he was this way and warned me to not book with him in the future. Fire this guy, massage envy! ~Stephanie
