I don’t usually leave reviews but Tiffany did amazing on my hair today🤩 She was super understanding and patient with me throughout the whole process, she helped me find the perfect color to fit what I was looking for and I was absolutely blown away by the results <3 Y’all book with Tiffany if you want perfection 😮‍💨 ~Alyssa

I love Ulta but unfortunately the hairstylist did not deliver when it came to my hair color and layers that I wanted. Prior to starting I asked if I would be able to get the ash brown color desired because of how dark my hair is. They assured me that they would be able to and so we continued with the process. Well after toning it twice, they were still not able to get to the color that I had requested. My hair now has very yellow blond streaks running through it and I am sad to say that I wasn't happy with the experience, because the person its self is amazing. Now I have to pay more money in order to get to what I originally wanted or walk around looking like a bumble bee. ~Estefania

The staff are friendly and the place was clean. They really listen what you want to do with your hair so that is nice. I got the haircut I wanted. There is a waiting area which you would be using because online check in or phone appointments doesn't work. You have to go in person and write down your name, and be around when it's your turn. Would have been easier if I get a phone notification. ~P

Customer service was great, price was better than I expected. I have 1/3 of my head shaved, and it takes me anywhere from a half hour to an hour to trim it. Depends on how long I've let it go lol. It took her 10 minutes with the proper tools. She also made sure to double check and show me the back of my head and have a discussion about the areas where I've messed up my line and what I'd like to do about it. Wonderful service will definitely be going back ~Barbados

I absolutely adore this nail salon. Their prices are very reasonable and their techs do excellent work. The shop is incredibly clean and bright as well. During my most recent visit, there was a color mix up between gel numbers and dip numbers. When I noticed and showed the tech the color I had actually wanted, they fixed it with 0 complaints and no extra charge. Will return again soon! ~Sarah

This location just opened it is right next to Wing Stop on the complex apartments site and across the street of the new Oak Hill HEB. The staff is so friendly, so attentive and honest. We got in line right when we got there and they said to us if people from the waiting list doesn't show they will attend us if not we will have a certain wait time. It came out that we were the first to be served even when we were in the last position on the list. Service was GREAT!!! we liked my husband hair cut ,Gloria the hairdresser was so nice to him, friendly and professional. I definitely recommend Gloria same as the rest of the staff they seemed enjoying their job. The place looked so clean, organized and NEW!!! Go and visit the new Great Clips Location they also have a SALE of $4.99 for the hair cut , UNBELIEVABLE!!! Thank you so much and we will definitely come back. ~Erika
