I have been going to great clips for years, and recently they did the promotion where you buy five haircuts for the price of $10 each. Every time I go into a great clips they consistently do a good job.

Went in for a quick trim, was asked what I wanted done at the beginning and told them what guard on the sides/how much off the top. I clearly stated I did not want hardly anything taken off the top. The woman did a good job on the sides (only reason for two stars) and then basically gave me a buzz cut on top. My hair was probably 4-5” when I went in and upon leaving it was about 1.5-2”. WAY more than I asked for. I’ve come here a number of times because it’s close by my home but I will not be back due to inconsistency.

The employee chose to trim my curly / wavy hair without wetting it. When I got home, I realized how much hair was not at the same length. It was annoying to have to cut several areas to match the length of the majority of the trimmed hair. I'm not trained as a hair cutter and I guess neither was this employee.

This location just opened it is right next to Wing Stop on the complex apartments site and across the street of the new Oak Hill HEB. The staff is so friendly, so attentive and honest. We got in line right when we got there and they said to us if people from the waiting list doesn't show they will attend us if not we will have a certain wait time. It came out that we were the first to be served even when we were in the last position on the list. Service was GREAT!!! we liked my husband hair cut ,Gloria the hairdresser was so nice to him, friendly and professional. I definitely recommend Gloria same as the rest of the staff they seemed enjoying their job. The place looked so clean, organized and NEW!!! Go and visit the new Great Clips Location they also have a SALE of $4.99 for the hair cut , UNBELIEVABLE!!! Thank you so much and we will definitely come back.

On 11/15, I went to Great Clips at 7826 W 290 and emphasized I wanted ONLY dead ends trimmed. When I told stylist she was chopping more than 1", getting my hair WAY TOO SHORT she ripped off my cape & ordered me to leave the shop. Later, Gen.Mgr. contacted me, and hatefully told me to drive to the Wm Cannon GC for damage repair. Jessica at Wm Cannon was nice & did the best she could to fix the mess, but there was little she could do since I had been sheared at 290. Now I am PEELED for the holidays!!! In the future I will go to GREAT CLIPS AT BELTERRA, it's worth the drive. Brad and his team are so nice at Belterra. Service: Haircut

Kay was fantastic! I had a failed self hair cut that I needed fixed and she didn’t let me down. I had a long uneven cut and asked if she could do the photo on the left, results on the right. Crazy affordable, I’m never cutting my own hair again.
