I needed a rush order for an event. Monique got back to me same day and we set up the order. Since I was on a time crunch, I made the same exact order at two shops. Miami Mixed Media has great customer service and the order was done on time. The same is true for the other shop I used, but Miami Mixed Media has far superior quality and better overall experience. First time going there . I only went to order 1 shirt with a photo on it . And I was treated like if was ordering 100 shirts . MS. Monique was excellent. She definitely knows customer service. Definitely an asset to this company. When my shirt was done they send me an email As promised. I highly recommend them for any job big or small.

Outstanding service from the beginning to the end! Amazing stuff! Really fast and on time too. We had our order placed 15 days before a big event, and we were so worried that it’s not gonna come on time but they did an amazing job making sure everything will be done.
