They were very nice, and did a good job on a window decal for me. There was a mix up during the entire thing, but it was fixed the same day, quickly without question.

Dont go there. The services is horrible. Poor work, late 90% of the time. Rather go out of town to get this work done, than waste any more money in this place.

So I stopped in to have some embroidery work on some car seat covers I recently purchased and to my dismay I was told they could not do it do to infringement issues. I called around and talked to several other shops and they told me it has nothing to do with infringement, Varsity did not want to do it because there was no money in it. I have to say I was very disappointed for such a small request they could not even find the time to help a local guy out, or be honest to my face. I was able to find someone who was very helpful and was more than happy to assist me with my " Small " Request.

Kristy and Derrick and all of their staff are great people. They treat their client's fairly, have great prices, are knowledgeable and can make you just about anything you need. I would recommend them to anyone and can rest assured that they would be in good hands. Great service! The patches on my daughter's soccer jerseys wouldn't stay on so I walked in hoping they could help me. They were able to use their heat press to permanently apply them & wouldn't even charge me even though I was willing to pay. I guess I will just go back with my daughter and have her buy something she "needs"! :)

I took my son's school sweat shirt there to have his name embroidered on it, on Wednesday November the 14th I was told 1 week, okay, no problem. I call one week later. no its not ready.they say call back Saturday , call back Saturday, call back Saturday, still not ready.I call this morning the 26th @9:30 a guy named Taylor says Its being done right then i asked would it be ready by 3:30 ? He says yes i show up at 3:30, its not ready so now i have his grandmother stand there while they do it on the spot because the weather is about turn cold so I sent her to get it the work looks ok the service needs attention I would not recommend this shop
