It is close by. That's the only good thing I can say. I went there on Wednesday 5/25 to buy a fast charger. Without even looking at my phone, he brought back a charger. It was a C type, incompatible with my phone. Went back the next day, and a different employee said (without even looking) we don't have that type. She made a call, then told me the manager would bring some to this store. Today, the man who sold me the wrong charger was there. I told him the girl yesterday said the manager would bring what I needed. These chargers come with a cord. He found a charger, asked if I had a cord, then took the cord out of the box and put it in a drawer. I paid $38 for the box...charger & cord. But I guess the metro employee needed it more than me. Basically stealing from the customer. ~Harold

I visited this store today and they have painted and remodeled the inside. They now have a larger cold foods selection, fresh fruit and vegetables, and a home goods alley. Some freight on floor but the shelves are recovered and the place is easier to navigate. Beautiful store, great visit. ~Nicholas

Its so sad that such a big company employs poor customer service employees. I purchased an item when I arrived to checkout there was a price difference, cashier never even apologized and gave me a very ignorant response to which I asked for a manager who could possibly fix the issue. The manager was even more rude as soon as she approached stated that she was not honoring the price, I proceeded to explain that the advertised price was still on the shelf to all this I was not rude. The cashier raised her voice to ask if I still wanted the item and proceeded to remove it from the bag at this point I told her I never said I didn’t want the item, paid for the items walked back to find the manager ripping the signs off with an attitude. Ladies remember without customers you wouldn’t have a job and the price adjustment was not the issue, it was what was said and done. ~Yari

I went to Winn-Dixie grocery store to pick up a few items. The store itself seems flat and dingy. The staff Is very unenthusiastic and un-energized. It's a grocery store but also sells plates of foods. An man oh man I enjoyed the food. $8 plate of food, they got rice, chicken, beans, beef, pork, different styles of all 3 meats. You get a soda with your plate. There is outdoor seating they speak English and Spanish. It's a nice place for sure. ~Joseph

Customer service is above and beyond. highly recommended. Great boot selection from water boots, steel toe and heel, slip oil resistant, shoes.I bought boots from here that I liked a lot and on my heel got worn out in two weeks and they let me try another pair within 2 weeks of that the same thing happened..when I returned they offered me another try or another boot.. he brought out another pair I fell in love with at first sight so decided to switch. Both of them were very helpful and exceeded my exceptions. I wish I knew their names I know one was jay thank you for everything. ~Kevin
