Customer service is above and beyond. highly recommended. Great boot selection from water boots, steel toe and heel, slip oil resistant, shoes.I bought boots from here that I liked a lot and on my heel got worn out in two weeks and they let me try another pair within 2 weeks of that the same thing happened..when I returned they offered me another try or another boot.. he brought out another pair I fell in love with at first sight so decided to switch. Both of them were very helpful and exceeded my exceptions. I wish I knew their names I know one was jay thank you for everything.

Went in to buy some non slip work shoes, ended up getting a pair of those and some boots that were on clearance. Hard to find size 14 anywhere and they had plenty in stock. Travis helped immensely and even oiled up booth pairs for me. Great service and amazing product. Definitely recommend this location and product.

Dan at Red Wing is the best! I had stopped a couple places to find boots that would work for my leg before I stopped in to see if I could find a pair of boots that would slip over my broken/healed leg . They had a pair Dan had specially made for another customer with zippers that didn't work for the customer. They fit me perfectly . Thanks Dan!

This Sunday I bought a pair of shoes and had Travis help me in facilitating this , it was for my son who had hand surgery so he needed some slip on shoes. Travis was an amazing help and even after paying about an hour later I received a call from Travis, he realized the shoes I purchased were on sale and wanted to refund me the difference. I have to say the employee Travis was extremely helpful very smart he answered every question I had with great knowledge. If you looking for a good working shoes, red wing fort Pierce has your shoes, they gave me 30 days to see if I like my shoes and one pair I did not like and then the second pair the guy was nice enough to work me to get something that will fit perfect for me so I highly recommend red wing shoes, the owner was so good finding the right shoe that fit me,

My husband buys his shoes from here he was used to having to replace his shoes every 3 to 4 months and he’s had these shoes for 18 months and he came in just to get a second pair and the the gentleman working even cleaned and put new laces in his old pair. Travis was excellent customer service and went above and beyond. Definitely a customer for life.

Replace my first pair withing 3 months of buying them fro. The sole separating fro. The boot. The same thing happened again. The guy in the store had a bad attitude and was telling me that because I swapped them out I don't get a warranty. Absolute horrible customer service experience. I left the boots on the ground and won't ever be buying red wing again.
